After using FCB for years I finally had to cut ties with them. They are screwed up my mortgage so incredibly bad and cost me so much time and headache and didn’t even have the decency to return a phone call or apologize for the amazing amount of mistakes their team made over and over.
Did I much they were 25% higher than any other company we spoke to? Do your due diligence before working with this company. They provide the same terrible support as the «big banks» only they charge way more.

I’ve not used this bank but have inquired about it. It is right off Freedom Road and easy to drive into. Just looked at a few of there offerings to see if it made any sense to shift from PNC. At least for now, for me, it does not.
The bank is well-situated in what is an increasing build out of businesses in the Cranberry area.

The Good: I always received great customer service here. The people were friendly and got to know you. They truly care about your life.
The Bad: I don’t like the sales tactics that are flooding the banking scene and this location is no exception so I cannot give 5 stars. I will ask for the things I need. If my money is at a bank then they are working for me, it feels rude for them to push more products when I have not inquired.
Recommended.
