Horrible place, horrible massage. Felt worse coming out than going in. Called manager to discuss and that was a waste of time. Called corporate and it was more waste of time. DON’T GOTOMASSAGEENVYINCRANBERRYTOWNSHIP. GOSOMEWHEREELSE. MEANPEOPLE

Awful, awful. Massage. Friendly staff, nice tea. The RELAXATIONROOM could use a remodel. The person I visited Massage Envy Cranberry with had a five-star massage, no complaints. However, the young woman I had. Alyssa? Alicia? Dark short hair? could use a lot more hours learning the muscles in the body and what works for the client. She rubbed the front of my throat/neck and she massaged my collar bone. I would return as I heard they are doing a remodel and I would make sure I get a masseuse with a proper amount of training.

The finest therapeutic massage facility, by far, in the Northern suburbs. My wife, daughter and I have been members there for 3 years and have had NOTHING but great experiences. The staff is incredibly accommodating, the therapists highly skilled and professional, and the facility clean and comfortable. Moreover, the price is right!

Good experience. Good massage. Not the best I’ve had but they were very professional and accommodating. I have only been there once but I believe they would continue to customize your massage to meet your needs if you were a regular customer. Recommend.

I was very skeptical of this business. I mean, it’s like the fast food of the massage world. I have yet to get a really good massage at any of the local day spas. But my acupuncture therapist insisted that I get a massage to release the tension in my neck and lower back before our next session,(I suffered whiplash and a back injury when I was rear ended while stopped at a red light). And she suggested this place. So, I visited their website. And wouldn’t you know, they listed deep tissue massage with the following description:
Releases muscle tension Provides deep pain relief Loosens scar tissue and lengthens muscles Good for chronic and overuse injuries Sounds like they are highly trained professionals. Right? Plus, there is an entire page on their website that discusses«Massage Therapy Manages Pain of Chronic Conditions», blah blah blah. So, I am feeling somewhat confident that they know what they are doing. First off, when I arrive, it seems they are more interested in selling me a membership, rather then discussing the reason for my visit. I wasn’t interested in the sales pitch, I was there for a massage. Next, they give you a tip envelope and remind you that you should tip your therapist. Also, in the massage room, they actually have a posting that tells you how much you should tip if you are giving 15%, 20% or more. Okay, got it. They want a tip. Then they gave me the opportunity to prepay. And then asked how much did I want to add for the tip. Now seriously, I am going to pay a tip before I even experience the service? Ha ha. I was led to the relaxation room and advised of the name of my therapist. And I somehow got someone else. Okay. Mix ups happen. But the strangest part was the massage. My person had their behind planted on a stool for approximately 99% of the time during my massage. How does one give a decent massage while sitting down? They don’t. I sympathize with you, if you are exhausted, have had a long day, can’t stand up any more, etc. But go home, don’t be taking money from customers and don’t be giving massages. Also, I requested extra attention be given to my upper back. And that is the only area that was massaged. Plus, I had requested«firm» pressure. But I was given«deep» pressure. More than once I had to advise that they were hurting me. Sorry to say, the massage was a miserable one. Probably the longest 50 minutes of my life. I should have said«enough» and left. The techniques that were used were very poor and I find myself doubting that my person had any type of real training. I left feeling like I had been mauled by a grizzly bear. Horrible, horrible experience. I would love to find a place as convenient as this. But you couldn’t pay me to try this place again.

I’m a member here, have been for about 3 years, and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. The therapists are great, staff is friendly and the location is very convenient. This is my place to go anytime I feel the need to relax.
