My husband and son like the burgers here, and I am a fan of the wings. The décor is very nice with the indoor fireplace as the focal point. However, NPL comes off as an upscale sports bar with its multiple tv screens all tuned in to a sports channel. Will I go back? Yes. But there are so many other options in Cranberry to consider.

After a long night of celebrating, me and my bf drove all over Cranberry Township looking for a place to eat(other than fast food). It was almost 1am on a Friday and even the places that claimed to be open until 2, closed their kitchens at 11. Luckily, this place was open to the hours that were displayed. Our expectations weren’t high but they were definitely exceeded. Nice comfortable booths with tvs playing sports. The food was great! Best mozzarella sticks I’ve ever had. And the Cajun pasta, ahhmazing. My bf didn’t like his bacon flatbread but they kindly took it off the bill. They served us even 20 mins before their kitchen closed and did it happily. If I lived in Cranberry, I’d go again!

First time here, love the tvs on each table! Watched the Pirates up close and personal! Our table ordered pizza, wings and pasta with meatballs. The food was great! The meatballs were huge and the garlic rolls were out of this world! Amanda was our server, she was very attentive and made our experience great! Thank you!

I stopped by here a couple of Fridays ago with 5 other co-workers for lunch. It had been awhile since I had been to the North Park Lounge and this place was looking pretty good. The thing that left the biggest impression on me was the large number of TV’s along the wall with an equal number of different sporting events on them. For lunch I decided to order a large pepperoni pizza for myself. Within a reasonable amount of time from ordering, the food for our table was brought out to us. This pepperoni pizza had a medium thickness crust and ended up tasting decently. There was nothing really memorable about the sauce, cheese or crust of the pizza but the pepperoni ended up being pretty good. It was smaller slices of pepperoni and they were cooked so that all of the edges started to curl up a bit. Overall I wouldn’t confuse this pizza with one from a place that only makes pizzas but at the same time it was certainly better than a frozen pizza from the grocery store. The bottom line for me is that I might head back to the North Park Lounge again in the future. While it wouldn’t be on the top of my lists of places to eat at, I also wouldn’t avoid heading here.

One of my friends took me here for my birthday. I ordered the Carribean Jerk salad with a lime vinaigrette dressing which was pretty good. The hostess and waitress were both very young and both were friendly and accommodating. The establishment was adorned with flat screens so we could watch the Pens game. I ended up spinning the wheel for my birthday but when I got the movie pass they said they had run out so I got a $ 10 gift certificate. I give this place 4 stars because it seems like a pretty nice down to earth establishment. In addition, my salad was pretty good and the service was friendly. Since I’m more into ethnic cuisines I probably don’t see myself coming here that often but I’d definitely recommend it at least once or if you like American fare.

First time here. Restaurant had a very fun atmosphere and my family had a good time. The food was a little better than most sports bars and the atmosphere a little classier. The service could use a little boost but overall a good experience

Greez, I wish I had good things to say, but the service and quality of food was just bad! I realize an individual waitress/waiter can REALLY impact the quality of your visit, but the food was worse than the service! The waitress was extremely rude and in a hurry which caused her to mess up three of eight orders. Once the orders were corrected, it was 40 minutes before those respective guests ate their food. The kid’s meal that we ordered was a simple hamburger and French fries; that came rare!!! We didn’t notice it until my son had already eaten 40% of the burger! Yuck! AND, after finally receiving the correct pulled pork sandwich(WITHOUTCOLESLAW), my niece had to remove the pulled pork from the bun because of how wet the bottom bun was! The manager DID remove the kid’s meal from the bill and gave us a free dessert; that why they got two stars and not one.

Generic. Smells like a bar. Horrible food. Very basic fried food and sandwiches. Even the fries are not good. How hard is it to make French fries that are not floppy and greasy. Keep out

Good, not great, place. As others have said, this is a sports bar, not a gourmet restaurant. Decent beer selection and your basic pub-like food. Good place for dinner with kids. We don’t need to worry about kids being noisy or fussy.

Originally was going to the Bamboo bar behind NPL to watch the pens game but could not get a table so we walked on over to NPL and grabbed 2 seats at the bar. The Bartender was attentive which is usually more than can be asked for at a typical sports bar. Great lakes Burning River was on tap which i don’t see much around here so that was a positive. I ordered the Ricotta and roasted tomato flatbread. I was surprised by how tasty this was at a sports bar! The cheeses blended nicely with the spinach, tomato, and onion topping. It was cut into 8 portions so I shared it with my dining partner. My dining partner ordered a steak salad without fries and said it was good-of course that is a hard entrée to mess up. We also ordered 6 beers total-2 of which were beers on special during the game-and our total bill was $ 65-waaay more than I anticipate on spending at a sports bar. Overall the food we ordered was good and the varieties of beer on tap were good just the bill was more than we anticipated spending for a weeknight out to watch a game.

Had dinner here for a meeting. Ordered the NPL burger. Good choice. Hand pressed, cooked as ordered and plentiful… Togo container is a definite. The fries are pretty awesome, too. The seasoning on them was a nice salt with almost a citrus taste? A little parm… whatever it was, it was good! Other meals ordered at table, fish sandwich, cod medallions, quesadillas, French onion soup. Portion sizes are large. The service was great and they gave us a room with doors that we could shut so the conversation during the meeting was easy to hear. Two of us went for happy hour prior to…4 glasses of wine for 11.50? Deal!!! House wine(which is fine by me.) Heavy pour as well. Non happy hour price…27 for 4 glasses.

As of 8⁄22 new menu — big mistake. Brought up the limited selections to the waitress and she replied«we are a sports bar, we’re not focused on dinners». When I asked for pepper jack on my burger — we don’t have pepper jack cheese. They offer a steak salad and a steak hoagie, but no steak dinner. Only adult chicken entrée is «chicken tenders». The entrees include 3 pasta dinners, 2 fish entrees, and the chicken tender entrée. Oh wait it is also pasta night. Removed 4 – 5 tables to add a milkshake bar which really doesn’t jive with being a sports bar. Cranberry Sports Grill just pulled way ahead…

I’ve been here a couple times both in the restaurant and the deckhouse. The food is just ok and the deckhouse atmosphere is pretty good. Last time I was there with a group of people, I told the bartender EVERY time I ordered a drink to put it on my bf’s tab. At the end of the night, she still put ALL of mine on my friends tab.

Highly suggest the BBQ chicken dip and the burgers. It can be very loud and the service at times can be questionable. The food however is consistent.

This is a man place. Let’s face it, ladies. Everything about this place says man. Wood paneling says man. All those TV’s say man. Same with the«art work» hanging on the walls. Man. TV’s above the urinals, says man,(don’t ask me how I know about those!!!). The«Deck House» out back is even more so. My bf goes here a lot and he likes it. After golf outings. Sometimes after work. As for me, I give the place a thumbs up. For him. Friendly hostess. Good service. Decent food. I took the bf here recently for a «surprise-runaway-from-work» lunch date. It was a late lunch, around 1:00 pm. Not too busy. Full of men. I got a simple chicken quesadilla. Packed with a lot of yummy white meat, it was more than I could eat and I took half of it home for later. The bf got a Reuben. It was packed with meat, served on marbled rye with fries. Fresh cut fries. Typical bar type food. They have lunch and dinner specials. I think that is one of the many things that keep the guys coming back. Well, along with the lovely décor and cheap beer.

Went with a large group. Had reservations for the large group. Warned them that they need to be certain they have enough help on hand to handle. High end group, frequent dine out types. Food was good– nothing special. Service was incredibly poor, especially when they had correct reservations for the group. Took almost 3 hours to eat and reconcile the bill. They also missed out on a considerably larger bar bill– they did not have enough help assigned to handle. But plenty in main dining area, which was all but empty. Very very poor. Highly unlikely the group– and probably most of those who went to try them for the first time,. Too bad, because was one of my favorite spots. Will probably never go again, and most of the group left pretty disappointed.

I was trying to eat healthy, so I went for the strawberry chicken salad. Sad trombone. The berries were good, the chicken was good, the lettuce was good, but there wasn’t really anything spectacular or tasty about the dish as a whole. I don’t know exactly what it needed, but I do know I only ate half of it and was still hungry for something else.

Let me start with a bit of a disclaimer: I was staying with my parents for 3 months before moving from Pittsburgh to Denver. They live less than a mile from this place. As a result, we spent a LOT of time here to get out of the house. This is a great place to grab some drinks, or some dinner, or some appetizers. The space is huge and the menu is just about as large. Typically, I’m not a fan of the huge menu, but somehow it seems to work at this place. I think that’s because I was here so often, I wasn’t always in the mood for the same thing. They have bar food, they have pasta, they have pizza, they have salads. Pretty much anything you might be craving, you can find it or something close on the menu. I was here a few months back on a visit to my parents and was pleasantly surprised with a turkey club on a pretzel roll. It was awesome. The drinks are reasonably priced, and service has always been friendly and consistent. They have a good happy hour, which is hard to find in this neck of the woods. It does get really crowded for hockey and football games, but it’s a sports bar, isn’t it supposed to?

I guess I had a hard time digging this joint for a multitude of reasons… Everything was meh… food, service, décor, crowd… definitely not my cup of tea but I can see why some people may enjoy it. I am more of a city gal and this was definitely more of a suburban experience.
