A restaurant should not do take-out if they can’t execute it properly. Case in point — we stayed at a hotel right next door. We put in an order and even arrived 10 minutes earlier than our scheduled pick up time. We waited for our meal which was no big deal because we were early. It took but two minutes to get back to our room and imagine that, our food was cold not even luke warm. My «Pasta Bravo» their signature dish with grilled chicken, mushrooms, rigatoni and roasted red pepper sauce seemed awfully dry. Well no wonder, as the hot pasta most likely absorbed the sauce and also overcooked the noodles as it sat steaming in the styrofoam box. Nice. For almost $ 16 I would have thought to see more chicken than a couple of strips. The veal parm(gads) at $ 20.99 shared the same fate as my entrée — cold. But to add insult to injury the poor veal meat had been pounded down so much that it resembled prosciutto. Needless to say we went to bed hungry. Bravos was nothing to cheer about.
