After years of buying new laptops every 1.5−2 years, I finally saw the light that we couldn’t afford to keep upgrading to a new computer everytime someone mistakenly uploaded a virus onto the existing one. Having only history through my companys’ various IT staffs, I was dreading walking into a computer store and feeling instantly stupid because I don’t know anything about computers. Enter Lifeline. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They did confirm malware on my step daughter’s computer, wiped it clean and restored the programs in under a day. I used them about a month ago for my own computer. They also recommended Carbornite, which is a great backup service. All the while, the customer service was friendly and impeccable. I actually didn’t feel like I could pose a stupid question to the women there.
