Mr Wraps

This places sucks. I ordered a Chicken Caesar wrap and it came out soggy and tasted like the chicken was a day old. I thought I would give this place another chance after they messed up an order years ago but i was wrong. Prob will never go again!

When I first ordered, i got the Italian sub which was delicious. However I ordered an Italian wrap the second time and it was terrible! It was not cut in half so I had to eat it like a burrito (I ordered this wrap to go and didn’t open it before I left) all of the juices gathered at the bottom of the wrap causing it to unfold making a mess! The wrap itself had about 4 slices of cold cut in it and 80% lettuce! If I wanted a salad I would have ordered one. So all in all I have to give it one more deal breaker shot, I hope they read this review and add more coldcuts to their wraps and also don’t use burrito wraps for sandwiches they are too thin and get soggy and fall apart. Not worth $ 8.

Used to love this place. Haven’t been in a while but drove over last week for my usual-#12 Meatless Wrap to go. What I got was a sloppy mess of lettuce with a piece of mozzarella. It fell apart as soon as I went to take a bite so basically it was a $ 7 plate of romaine. Never again! ( Unilocal offered a photo — if only my wrap looked like that!)

Used to be so much better wraps have shrunk significantly, and consistency of orders is off. I really hate to give this place two stars because it used to be one of my favorite take out places and one of a very select few healthy places in town. Really hope they step there game back up would love to see the mr wraps of 5 years ago back.

Been going to Mr. Wraps for years now and I always seem to find myself getting the Chicken Caeser Wrap because it’s just so darn delicious! They put in feta cheese and these sweet peppers which really add to the flavor. They also have a long list of other menu items besides wraps, and have little tables if you want to sit and have a quick bite there. I hope this place stays around forever!

Great selection of many fresh wraps or make your own. There are even fresh breakfast wraps. Parking can be a pain but the wraps are awesome. Great for a quick bite. My favs are BBQ chicken, Thai steak, Caribbean pork or the spicy shrimp,

DO NOT order from Mr. Wraps! I was a new customer and wanted to try their food through Grubhub. I ordered lots of food and it never arrived. I did not receive a phone call or notice that there was a problem so I had to call them after 90 minutes. When I called Mr. Wraps to ask where my order was, I was not given an explanation much less an apology. I was told, «That order was cancelled.» Then they hung up on me. I understand that customer service doesn’t matter to them. Apparently business doesn’t matter either.

DO NOT order food from them on SEAMLESS! They cancelled my order without any notification. I waited over an hour. I had to call to check on my order after they sent me a delivery time confirmation. I would not have known it wasn’t coming if I didn’t call them. The lady who answered at Mr. Wraps said they cancelled it, but I did not receive any notification. Seamless did not receive notification! No phone call. No email. No apologies from them. Bad customer service, and they barely speak English. I will never go here again!

NEVER EVER AGAIN! Order was placed at 11am and wasn’t delivered until 2:10. The driver tells my co worker she was arrested for an outstanding warrant and that’s why it’s late and still has the nerve to charge us for the food. It’s a shame to because the wrap was good.

$ 6.95 for a nice size wrap that comes with fries. Food is cooked to order so it does take a bit of time but it is worth the wait. Hubby had a BBQ Chicken Wrap with black beans and rice. He said it rivaled Chipolte in flavor and quantity. I had a Grilled Chicken wrap with avacado and chipolte mayo. It was good and large enough that I only ate half. It could be a dollar or so cheaper to gain an extra star.

I used to frequent this place on occasion for their wraps and soups.
A few weeks ago, i ordered a wrap and soup (chicken noodle). When i walked back to work… and tried the soup… there was no chicken in my soup. Took it back, they had given me the wrong soup (pasta fagioli, instead of chicken noodle). they quickly took out the right soup, and heated it up. During this time… i saw them take the soup i was returning, and put it back into a container, to resell. It was something i had «eaten from»
I know this sort of stuff happens in restaurants. but what i don’t see is fine.
Hard to go back here again.

Just went today to pick up lunch and saw that it is under new ownership. I am there at least once a week so this just happened. I am devastated AND they got my order wrong. Bad move Mr. Wraps. These people don’t seem to know how delicious your food was:(Sad day in Cranford.

Don’t ever get the Quesadillas… They really suck from here … The chili is pretty good tho

My so-​called friend Andrew G. put me onto Mr. Wraps and has been telling me for the longest time to enjoy one of their Chicken Caesar wraps. I finally made it over there, ordered up, sat down, and crushed one. I have to admit, this wrap was different from the rest. He’s right, it’s a large wrap. He’s right, it’s filled with chicken. What he didn’t tell you is what’s inside since he’s a dope.
Chicken Caesar wrap ($ 7) is filled with a large amount of chicken, feta cheese, roasted red peppers, lettuce, and a lot of caesar dressing (I might have even asked for the dressing on the side next time). The feta adds a lot of saltiness, but its a great touch, something I’ve never experienced on a Chicken Caesar.

I’ve had take-​out several times here and been pleasantly surprised at how fresh and tasty the wraps are. Favorite so far is the meatless wrap with lots of fresh mozzarella. The wraps seem small (compared to Chipotle-​sized burritos) but are very filling and reasonably priced. Note that the Spanish rice has chicken broth in it– it would be great if Mr Wraps offered totally vegetarian rice and beans.

A friend recommended Mr wraps to me this past weekend so I decided to try it out ! I got the spicy shrimp wrap and it was amazing !!! Service was good and fast will def be back to try their other great stuff

Since many people recommended the chicken caesar wrap, that’s what I got. It’s was good but it definitely was not my favorite chicken Caesar wrap but I still enjoyed it. It’s unique because they add feta and roasted red peppers. The dressing is a Caesar vinaigrette not a creamy Caesar. I also got a side of fries that I didn’t like. They weren’t soggy or anything but they made my mouth feel extra dry and I just didn’t love it. I would go back to try it again since the price is so reasonable, but I don’t know if I would be convincing my friends that they need to try it.

This is probably the only place in Cranford with healthier choices, but the food is just average. The portions are pretty big, but nothing to rave about.

The BEST Chicken Caesar wrap I’ve ever had.
These wraps are fresh, they’re HUGE, and for $ 7, you really can’t beat that.
They also do breakfast, and deliver. Mr. Wraps is my go-​to for a healthy lunch on the go since I teach at a nearby school. It always fills you and is always CONSISTENTLY delicious.
