I searched the entire internet for a pair of WALL-E undies for my potty-training toddler, but didn’t have any luck(the Pixar packs on Amazon and at the department stores claim to include WALL-E in the description and photo, but don’t actually have them in the packs, apparently). To make sure the pack sold by Web Undies had one, I emailed them on Saturday night, received a reply by Sunday morning, and had an answer first thing on Monday! They were so helpful and prompt, it blew me away! Someone actually went into the warehouse to check their stock for little ol’ me? Amazing! Thank you, Web Undies, for all the help! Now, if potty training were so easy, I’d have it made!

I don’t always write Unilocal reviews, but when I do, it because I got great customer service! In January, I threw a PJ party for my fiancé’s birthday. Everyone had ordered these great, funny adult footie PJs & I was having trouble finding ones that I liked that were also a reasonable price. The party was on a Saturday & the Tuesday before the party I found the perfect zip-up zebra PJs with hot pink trim & a hood w/zebra ears on . They were not only super cute, but on sale for $ 24! I ordered them immediately & paid for rush shipping to insure that I got them in time. I got the email notification that it had been shipped & was given a UPS tracking number. I checked the tracking the next morning & saw that the package still had not gone anywhere. I emailed webundies to ask what was up & they said«UPS is pretty reliable. Lets just give it a couple more hours & see what happens.» So I kept checking. The next morning(Thursday now & I need these for Saturday. I’m in LA& webundies is in NJ) they still hadn’t been sent out! I tried contacting UPS& they were USELESS!!! They told me some BS about it getting sent to the wrong place, but they’ve «fixed it now & it’s on it’s way to me.» I explained that I NEEDED it Saturday. Their response: «We fixed it now. You’ll have it by Monday.» I don’t really need to go into any further detail about how furious I got at this point & how completely unhelpful UPS continued to be. So I contacted webundies again & told them about the mess UPS had created. Even though it was not webundies fault, they offered to overnight me another one w/a prepaid label to send the first one back when I got it on Monday. They sent out another set of the same PJs immediately at no cost to me, I got them on Friday morning & the party was a success! I will definitely order from webundies again.

Got my order very quickly. It was also correct. The problem is really the quality of the pjs. The fabric reminded me of those cheap Halloween costumes. I wanted to like them bc I think they are very cute and I order pjs for my whole family every year, but I’m afraid this will be my only order. The quality of the pjs at old navy is way better(and they aren’t good) and they are a lot cheaper. I’m hoping they last at least a few washes.

I ordered some Ninjago Pajamas through Webundies at Amazon and was amazed by their excellent customer service. I wanted to add a gift card and change the shipping status after I had completed the order. WebUndies was so prompt in responding and taking care of my email request. Wow, I can’t think of a time when I have had better customer service. The pajamas arrived to my nephew in one day and he is delighted! Webundies rocks!
