RENTERS BEWARE! This place was a absolute nightmare. My groomsman and I came in 4 months before my wedding and got measured. About a month before the wedding my wife and I came in to select our fathers colors to match our mothers dresses and I’m glad we did because after reviewing what they had for us in their system we saw that everything was wrong! There was even a random person that we didn’t know on our account .No big deal we fixed everything and went home. So we thought, I checked my order online with them and again nothing was changed in their system! So I called and they said they would look into it right away (after wasting a whole hour in the store wasn’t enough) but everything got worse. A week before my wedding day I called to see when I could pick up my tux so I could tell the groomsmen. They told me everything would be in on Wednesday. Mind you I was getting married that Friday. Ok frustrating but no big deal I pass the info onto the groomsmen and one by one they went in to pick up their tuxes that Wednesday and one by one they had to send back the tuxes because all the measurements were done wrong. I had 7 groomsman. 1 took his tux home that Wednesday all the others had to get new sizes. Did I mention my tuxedo wasn’t even at the store? That’s right the grooms tuxedo was nowhere to be found. I was told my tix would be there the next day, one day before my wedding. Luckily my tux fit and I didn’t need alterations. After getting upset at the store and expressing how we shouldn’t be going through all of this the day before my wedding the manager (who helped us from day one) proceeded to say «your wedding is tomorrow?». Will never go back ever
