I’ve been to Cranston Collision twice now, both times for front-​end damage. They have a great, concierge-​style model of customer service, and I felt very taken-​care-​of. They’re attentive to the little details that make the experience stress-​free, including friendly customer service and a spotless clean car when you pick it up. The insurance end is taken care of seamlessly, without a lot of delay or paperwork. You can tell the office is well-​run and maintained, everything spotless and welcoming.
The only drawback is that they’re not great about phone communication. Last time I went there, I had to call them to inquire about my car when they had it longer than expected. Normally, I would have expected an update to tell me when I’d have the car back. Then I had to go back a second time to get an additional part installed, when I’d been told it would be completely ready when I picked it up.
Overall, however, the people at Cranston Collision are wonderful and I’d definitely recommend them to a friend.

Cranston Collision has delivered exceptional service every time I’ve used them. I purchased a new 2014 Audi, and was unfortunate enough to be rear-​ended on the highway after having the car only a few months. I had called Audi warwick for service, however they had nothing available for a month! I went right over to Cranston Collision and they took me immediately, and pointed out that the car was not in driveable condition due to the damage to the exhaust. They helped me get a rental, and in a hour after I showed up I was back on my way to work. When I got my car back, the work was perfect. No mismatched paint, and new audi parts. They made it so easy!
I worked with them a second time, and they helped me resolve some issues with my insurance company. They were very flexible, and understand what great customer service means. I will be taking my car there for regular service once I’m done with my prepaid service visits, and I will never take my car anywhere else for service!

This is the second time in years I’ve needed work done on a car. The first time it was a pretty horrific accident and I got my car back looking like nothing had happened.
This time, it was a small accident but my car is brand spanking new! I was so upset about the damage, but I knew it wasn’t a big deal. My insurance showed me there referrals and when I saw Cranston Collision on the list I instantly knew where my car would be going. I dropped my car off on a Friday with my insurance company and I was called the following Tuesday saying I wouldn’t have my car until the end of the week on Friday. Well Cranston Collision stepped it up and got my car to me the following day. So I was only without my car for five days.
My car looks amazing, they even put my license plates on since it had been too cold for me to do it (told you it was a really new car)! My cars great, they had it all cleaned inside and out. I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of work they do their. I would recommend this shop to any one needing work on their car.

A few months ago, I had my muffler replaced by Cranston Collision and was so impressed with them that I decided to bring my car back for an oil change and winter check.
The next day, they called to tell me that they could not complete the oil change and check because my engine block had cracked and I would need to have it replaced. I thought that this was certainly going to result in a huge repair bill ($$$) and was completely shocked. What’s even more shocking is that they continued to tell me not to worry because they had information pertaining to Honda’s engine recall and that all I would have to do was contact a Honda dealer and they would replace the engine block for FREE. Not only did they make me aware of a recall that I did not even know existed (I am a second owner, thus I don’t receive recall notices), they even printed me a copy of the notice so that I could bring it with me to Honda. Luckily, Metro Honda was great, and DID replace the engine block at no charge
As a single woman, I have always been apprehensive when taking my vehicle in for service for fear that the mechanic will take advantage, however now that’s not the case. I am EXTREMELY thankful for Cranston Collision’s honesty and FANTASTIC customer service. I will be telling anyone who will listen just how great this place is!

My car battery died today and I went over to cranston collision center across from where I live and they were super friendly and were able to give me a jump for my car right away. The way they spoke to me and helped me out was excellent. I appreciate their help and next time I need anything for my car I will go to them.

Dennis and Henry were super nice and professional. They made the process extremely painless and seamless. In short my car was pristine after they handled it. The car was completely detailed… I thought it was a brand new vehicle. They even stayed late in order for me to pick it up. This place and the service are awesome! Highly recommended

The consistency, reliability, trustworthy treatment, professionalism, and reasonable prices are the reasons why I highly recommend Cranston Collision when you have car trouble. I had a string of bad luck. I had 2 car accidents within a 6 month period. Both times I was stopped. I took my car to Cranston Collision and I can not tell you how happy I was. From the time I walked in the door til the time my car was finished. The girls behind the counter were so friendly and eager to help. Both times when I got my car back the car looked brand new, inside and out. I can not express how happy I was with Cranston Collision and I HIGHLY reccoment them.

A friend of mine had written a great status about Cranston Collision a few weeks before the snow storm, on facebook. During the storm a branch impaled my windshield, and popped out parts of my dashboard and steering column, along with cracking the outside casing of my mirror. I had gotten in touch with them initially, then followed up with my insurance. My insurance company works closely with them, and said that everything would be all set.
The guy who came to tow my car was really nice about the poor shoveling job I had done around my car, and was very friendly and helpful despite the rain that was pouring down that day. My car was done days earlier than I had expected, and it only took a minute when I went to pick it up to sign a paper, and trade the deductible for the keys.
Everything came back spotless, perfect, and new! They could not have done a better job, and the customer service was great.

I could not be happier with my experience at Cranston Collision. To set the records straight — this place is legit… like none of that «over estimating» to your insurance so that you miraculously don’t have to pay your deductible. Nope, not here — I paid and what I got in return was a stress free experience, impeccable fixiting, complementary detailing, and a little eye candy — yep the owner is charming and gorgeous.
I dropped off my car filthy, dented, cracked, and with a rattle. Not only did Dennis figure out that the AWFUL Balise Volkswagen had installed a rod the wrong way and brackets were knocking against some pipes and driving me crazy over every bump and pot hole, but he and his team delivered my little Verti back in tip-​top shape.
The staff is beyond professional from start to finish, and they even work with Enterprise car rental so everything is waiting for you to zip off at the time of drop off. They do detailing, and you better believe I’ll be back, but hopefully not to get my car repaired.

During the snowstorm two weeks ago I was hit by a car that spun out on the highway. Both of my drivers side doors were impacted, and when I foolishly opened the back door to get a better sense of the damage, I couldn’t close it again.
My insurance company has a relationship with Cranston Collision so they suggested I take the car there. I dropped the car off on Tuesday morning, and by Friday morning I got a call from them letting me know it was done. This was for repairs that were originally estimated to take eight days.
They replaced both doors, fixed the frame, and repainted the damaged area. When I picked up the car it was sparkling like new.
I would hope I never need to bring a car to a body shop again, but if I do I wouldn’t hesitate to bring it to Cranston Collision.

Auto accident or just a tune up I am very happy with Cranston Collision.
I was miserable in a rental (I love my car) while my car was being repaired recently & I called to check the status of my car (several times) the staff answering the phones were helpful & friendly, never seemed put off by me calling.
They are professional and meticulous.
Pick up day is the best, my car looks brand new!

So I had no intentions of leaving my car with Cranston Collision. I was just bringing it by to get looked at by the Geico claims reps that work there and was planning on bringing it to the dealer. A tree fell on my brand new car during Tropical Storm Irene. From the moment I pulled in to the place I was impressed. The property is clean (unlike other body shops) and the staff was more than friendly. They offered me a free loaner car since I didn’t have rental on my insurance. I immediately took them up on the offer and left the car with them. Within 13 minutes, I had pulled my car in to their lot, filled out all the paperwork, and was pulling out of their lot with the free loaner car. While it took a couple weeks to get the work done, it was well worth the wait. If I ever need any body work done again, I’ll be going back.

They’ve had to replace my bumper like 3 times and it always looks brand new. They do a great job and the detailing is a nice touch! They call it the Q Tip treatment or something like that and they are not kidding. If there is a speck of dirt in your car, they will find it. I won’t take my car anywhere else. Even though insurance companies usually handle the situation for me, the one time I did go myself they were extremely helpful and friendly. Very professional as well. They give you a detailed bill so you know you’re not getting ripped off, I like that. They even asked if I wanted the old parts, I guess to show that they did change things. Pretty cool, 5 stars all the way. I’ll post before and after photos to show their work tomorrow now that I’m thinking about it.
