Too bad it has been overrun with the nastiest & low class tenants on the planet!!!(Felt like it was like living in the projects with a very expensive price tag!!!) Had to move because of extremely noisy neighbors keeping me up every night. I did call the police several times and they are completely unresponsive. The derelicts from town break into the pool area every night in summer drunken and partying for hours… police don’t care at all. This was a wonderful place when I first moved in 2004 and now it is a collection of the nastiest people in RI. Just looking at it… it is pretty but don’t be fooled by the window dressing. BEWARE: move here only if you plan on never sleeping! THANKGOD I MOVEDWHEN I DID!!! Sincerely, Happy in another place!

If I could give no stars I would. Anarchy. Utter anarchy. The people who lived here when I lived there are animals. No one has any regard for anyone else– or their sleep! I’ve call the police several times, notified management… nothing. No rules are enforced. Leash your dogs? Why? Leave dog poop everywhere? Why not? Party and carry on at all hours of the night? Yes indeed. Take up 3 parking spots when there are so few to be had? Done. The buildings are falling apart. They are the LEAST energy efficient I’ve ever seen with the exception of a parking garage. The poor maintanace men are understaffed and therefore slow to respond to calls– even when they are legitimate. As I stated, the parking is a joke! My handicapped relatives could not come visit when I lived there because despite having handicapped parking spots, there are almost no handicapped accessible apartments(granted, this was my fault not thinking that part through before I moved in). At one point, the office gave one of my packages from UPS to another tenant who was not honest enough to return it. The rent– oh the rent… all I can say is, just buy a house. A morgage payment is cheaper and you can fix everything yourself with less hassle. The amenities are fair. There is a gym, pool, and nasty BBQing area which you’d be lucky if it was available AND clean when you walk all the way down there with your goodies to grill. The tennis court always looked nice, but I’m not one for tennis, so that was never a selling point for me. Also– the smells from my obviously not so hygeine conscious neighbors eeked through the walls and vents, often making my apartment smell dirty and unclean. If you want to live somewhere where you have large amounts of rain water coming in from a faulty roof, rude degenerate neighbors(for the most part), anarchy, and poor building maintainance, then this is the place for you! I hear that they have since changed hands since I last dwelled here as the previous owners ran it into the ground and couldn’t keep tennants. However– my sources tell me that nothing has changed, and the shenanigans are alive and well.
