CAUTION: Please do not consider staying here if you have a kid. Our kid dropped food on the carpet once, and the community is trying to charge us for the entire carpet replacement. They would try their best strategy to extract as much money as they can, when you move out of the apartment.

Dracut, MA
I have lived here now for almost a year and plan to renew my lease. The location of the community is unbeatable as I often commute between Boston (1 hr), Worcester (45 min), and Providence (10 min). I have found the staff to be more than accommodating but have rarely required their assistance because the apartments are of good quality. I barely hear my neighbors except for the occasional evening. Snow removal is excellent in that they really make sure to keep on top of the driveways during the storm and then make sure the spots are cleared once the storm is over. I have a few minor gripes including that some residents don’t understand the concept of the recycle bin and that rarely you do smell the burning of trash at the nearby dump but overall I would definitely recommend this complex to families and young professionals.
