Plan to wait forever in line when all the employees stand around and talk while a line of customers builds up. And don’t expect the employees to help you find anything

This is just like any other cvs. It’s large and has everything you need. The service is good, no complaints. The lines are short and I recommend this cvs to anyone.

this is a 24 hour location and is always clean and we’ll stocked. I had one bad experience with an employee who has moved on, thankfully. the drive through pharmacy is also very practical!

I understand that CVS is more then just a pharmacy, but that is their main business concept. I go to this location to get one prescription filled each month. I have to take it everyday, they know I pick it up once a month every month yet they only have it in stock about half of the time. I try to fill it here every time! They know I am going to because they send me reminders yet they don’t have it in stock. Boo!

Unacceptable Cash Handling Practices. If you cant take cash and complete a transaction without scre4wing up, you working in the WRONG place! When I called to bring the situation to the store management, I found out that the total screw-up allegedly WAS the manager. Guess who won’t be shopping there any more??? Stay on your toes, consumers, I doubt I’m the only one to receive such shoddy treatment. Corporate will be well informed on this one, guaranteed.

I went to this particular CVS recently. I was so impressed with the friendly nature of the employees. I first went to the pharmacy and received my flu shot. Although the actual shot was not enjoyable, the pharmacist was super sociable, kind, and funny. Then, I went to the photo area to print some pictures. My husband and I were struggling with the machine(yes, we were those people), and an employee came right away(without us even asking) to our rescue. He figured out the glitch and printed our pictures in seconds and even saved us some money. Then, he even brought us to the register to check our purchases out, and offered us a 20% off coupon due to receiving my flu shot there. We were blown away by the attentiveness and general niceness offered by the workers here. Thanks, CVS on Oaklawn!

The pharmacy management is terrible. I have been here on several occassions and the customer service seems to get worse each time. On my last visit, which will be my LAST visit, I arrived at 8am, which is when the pharmacy is suppose to open, they did not roll up the blinds until 8:15, I had to ask the manager if they were planning on opening. I handed them a prescriptions, I was the only person there. The pharmacist told me it would be at least 20 minutes to fill as he was the only person working. Great, now i’m really annoyed. It gets better, 40 minutes later I was called and they entered the prescription under the wrong insurance. Had to wait for that to get cleared up. 1 hour later, i was on my way. I will definately not be returning.

The pharmacy staff gets 1 star because you can’t give negative stars. They are unpleasant & disorganized. If nothing else, they are consistent. Consistently lousy that is. Poor customer service and it’s apparent they don’t like their jobs. They are understaffed and crabby. Listened to them complaining about each other behind their co-worker’s backs. Backstabbing co-workers in front of customers is unprofessional. I dropped off a prescription and they said it would be ready in 30 minutes. I waited 1 hour and they said to come back in 30 minutes because they were really busy. Came back in 2 hours and it was still not ready. They said to come back in 15 minutes. Came back in 1 hour and it was still not ready. They said to come back in 1 hour. Came back the next day and it was STILL not ready and they asked me to come back in 15 minutes. Words fail me. Management needs to address their staffing shortages and provide customer service training. Seriously.

This CVS is well-kept and well-stocked. The staff is cheerful and helpful. It is at a busy intersection making it difficult to get into the lot at times. The pharmacy is also quite helpful!
