I never had high hopes and I’m still not surprised at the outcome, but you should want to know if you’re considering a stay here… to start off, the non smoking rooms have a strong cigarette smell. I was part of a large party that took up 4 rooms at this motel and everyone had the same feedback. The sheets here are overly very itchy and in the morning the bathroom smelled like marijuana. Not to mention you hear the sound of running toilet water throughout the entire night. The grand moment was in the morning of checkout(stated to be 11am). At 10:53am there was pounding at the door announcing a checkout and at 11:00am as we were exiting the door they called. a woman was outside complaining about 11am checkout at raced in, grabbed the sheets and threw them outside the door(on the cement). She proceeded to do the same one after another as we headed to checkout and took the car around to wait for the rest of the people. She actually walked in without announcement into one room and raced in the other two rooms while the guests were packing. Please note: no employee at another hotels cleans multiple rooms at once ESPECIALLY when most of the other rooms are free. As we waited in the car she walked back and forth yelling«I’m losing $ 10» and«don’t come back here». It was so surreal it was funny, but to say the least this place lacks understanding of service and is completely unsanitary all in one!

To start, the staff was very nice and accommodating. We were in town for a wedding and woke up a little on the late side, and they dutifully gave us another 20 minutes to get our act together and check out. Now, the room. You want a place to crash for 10 hours for ~$ 70? You’ve got it. What that $ 70 gets you: The room was relatively clean, I guess. The carpet was clean enough. The bathroom was pretty clean. I think about it, and how there were times as a younger person when I stayed in worse places. I can’t recall any of them, but I appear to be at a stage where I would like my sheets clean. The linens appear to have been thrown on the mattress, and the towels were all left in a pile on the sink in the bathroom. There was a towel rack– we found the bar later on the floor. Under the sink. My pillow had blood stains on it and upon closer inspection, it looked like somebody had used the pillowcase as a tissue, and dug around their nose with it. The bed didn’t have a fitted sheet, and there were short body hairs in the sheets. If you tossed around too much at night, the sheet over the mattress rode up and you found yourself on a questionable mattress. No bedbugs, so great news on that front, but house centipedes. House centipedes everywhere. So if you’re on a budget, you can probably deal with it for a night. If you have an extra $ 25 – 50, you won’t regret staying elsewhere.

Absolutely, hands down, the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Appearance on the outside isn’t too bad, but the interior was disgusting. We had rented two rooms next to each other as we were celebrating a birthday party. Both rooms had disgusting bathrooms — clogged tubs and hair in the drain/tub. Toilet paper on the roll wasn’t new, it was half empty. Shampoo bottle was also half empty. Towels were dirty. Found a dirty q-tip on the floor and someone’s sock(not anyone of ours) on the floor under the nightstand. Furniture hadn’t been dusted in months and mirrors were streaky/crooked. And don’t get me started on the other guests. After returning from dinner, there were two people standing outside their door looking up a the sky. My friend decided to go ask what they were looking at. Their response? A UFO. The were obviously high on something. If we weren’t already late for dinner and plans, and didn’t arrive late in the evening, we would have complained. However, if you have the chance to stay anywhere else, do it. Sleep in your car if you have to. Seriously. Stay away.

There are few times in life when a hotel stay is this miserable. There were body hairs plastered on the walls and sink – not many, but enough. The towel I grabbed to dry my hair – I discovered too late it had makeup on it, and I had to rewash my hair. Someone’s shaving residue was behind the sink faucet. The tub would not drain. There was pink stain in the toilet. Need I go on? That was the bathroom. The main room… we had to sleep with the window open despite the below-freezing temperature because of the underlying smell, which was making it difficult for some of the family to breathe. The floors were stained. The surfaces were dusty. The tea and coffee packages had apparently been soaked, dried, and put out for use anyway. The deadbolt did not exist. Thankfully the handle did lock. The peephole had been painted over. The window lock was broken. Why didn’t we demand our money back? The staff when we checked in, after booking online, wanted our credit card and driver’s license. They did imprint the credit card – they insisted and were unreasonable, even though we had already paid in full online. We were tired and exhausted, and we thought they wouldn’t give us our money back. But, considering how little sleep we actually got, cold and unrested, we should have called the credit card company and told them not to accept the charge. I’m sorry to have to leave a negative review, but those are the facts.
