I went in here last night for a couple of new work pants and shirts, and sweaters. I’ve been in the sales industry for 5 years and 2 years or retail. So I go in and there’s only 2 customers in there. Just wanted to note this last night ¹⁄₁₇ around 530−6pm. I didnt get a hello how are you? or a Do you need help or need a dressing room… I was speechless. I asked a lady to help me with my size. I’m very small maybe a size 2 – 4 in pants but hey! holiday season maybe i did put on some pounds. She looked at me and said IDK! okay sure maybe a fitting room would be nice? So she went over to the front and i thought she was grabbing the keys. I stood there for 7 mins for a room to find out she was just talking to another coworker. I was so disgusted that I did put everything down. If im willing to spend $ 500 – 700 on clothes, I would rather go to a place with respect LIKE white house black market. unbelievable!!! I grabbed one shirt and just went to cash out and she did not even ask me if I found everything okay or even have a good night/​how are you? You will never get my business again. My Family and friends are from Cranston and i usually only shop in Cranston but i guess ill go over to providence place mall.
