I have always been a fan of marshalls. I love the prices. The selections change all the time so you never know what gem you will find. I found a great two pack of opi polish for $ 7 which normally each one is nine or more. I also get some great accessories here. They have a bit of everything. Interesting foods, exotic coffees, shoes, clothes, makeup, perfume, bedding, kitchen gadgets. I didn’t find the staff very friendly. I was killing time and was there for about a half hour and not one associate who walked by me said hello or even smiled. Being a life long retail worker I can tell you that it’s so important to greet your guests and offer assistance. Besides that I love the way the registers are set up and it’s an electronic system that tells you where to go. It makes checkout quick and easy. My cashier was very welcoming and friendly so at least I was left with a great last impression. If you don’t mind so so service it’s a great option for a place to shop around for some unique items.

Marshalls, Marshalls, Marshalls what can I say! I can’t leave this store without buying something, and there’s always something I need. Well organized store with lots of sales. It does need to be looked through but well worth it. I definitely would recommend this store to anyone!

I like to pop in to Marshalls for just about everything. Towels, kitchenware, clothes. You never know what you will find and they change with the seasons. Even a few pieces of furniture can be had here. There are many locations and I’ve been to several of them. This one, I shop mostly for household items like bathroom carpets and kitchenware. A ‘hit or miss’ store, I have found nine west shoes and DKNY suit jackets at(different) Marshalls over the years. Other times I walk out empty handed. If you love a great find and don’t mind searching for one, this would be your kind of place. They have everything from cheap-cheap to $ 250 sheets(on sale for $ 149). You never know what you will find. The store staff is pleasant enough, but there seems to be some issue with management scaring the employees. Happy employees make happy customers, management. Just FYI.

This place is my idea of hell on earth. It’s incredibly unorganized and even though the store is HUGE there is never anything worthwhile there. Not sure why this Marshall’s gets the short end of the stick– others in the area are bright, clean, and often have nice items. Hopefully this location is on corporate’s short list of stores in need of a makeover.

This place feeds my stationery addiction — I love a sweet, tasteful initial on a note card. I’m old school and nothing says«I rock» like a hand-written note. and Holla… Found a pair of 9west leather boots on clearance and red hot pumps for a steal!

Incredibly unorganized. People pushing past you for semi crappy sale items. Occasionally I find a nice kitchen item or graphic tee in the chaos.

This store was recently renovated in the fall of 2011 and my oh my, how much fresher she has become. The fitting rooms have new, flattering lighting, the shoe department is second to none, and the inventory turns over fast. After you do some shopping you can nip into Toni and Guy for a quick blow out and go home looking like a million in your new purchases.

The store is a mess, no real order, just clearance clothes chaos. Sometimes you do get really good deals but mostly it is not worth the search. The«designer» clothes they get their hands are ill fitting and poor quality. The lotions and hair care products are almost always open. One my last trip there the service was awful. I went to try on a shirt and was flagged down by the girl who was supposed to be watching the changing rooms«ma’am ma’am ma’am you need a ticket» because honestly we still do that numbered ticket changing room thing there I guess. She was no where near the changing rooms so how was I supposed to know that? I take the ticket and walk in, she looks to the person that I came to the store with and rolls her eyes at him. Whattttt??? Needless to say I didn’t buy a thing. Home goods area is really the only good deal, so if you need a cheap bed set you can try here and even that is still hit or miss.

Never again will I step foot in that store. I had been hunting several Marshalls stores that day for a fabulous pair of nine west shoes that nobody seemed to have in my size. this was the third marshalls i had been in and i was determined to find my shoes… i did. i then got in line. I stood behind 5 people in 1 of only two lines available to the store. I waited for 35 minutes– not exaggerating!!! Our cashier was named Karen(although her register said Missy 05). I am being so specific becuase the quality of service that came from this employee was so poor… it was painful. For the first 10 minutes I was still just experiencing the after glow of my shoe hunt and so I didn’t think twice. After that point though, I was getting tired of standing. I watched ‘Karen” and noticed that she was literally cashing people out in slow motion. Seriously, she couldn’t move any slower… the line behind me continued to build. At the 35 minute mark it was finally my turn. i placed my beloved shoes on the counter as she greeted me– feeling as though I had really achieved something… and she looked at the 8 people behind me and picked up her phone… yes i waited an additional five minutes as she argued with her supervisor that she had not been able to have her break yet and she needed her break…(sounded like a teenager whining to her mommy about her curfew) she finally hung the phone up abruptly and looked past me at the long line of patiently waiting people(some had waited just as long as I) and said, «i am closing my line after her» I was mortified as I realized she was pointing at me. We all looked around wondering if this was some joke. There was still only one other line open and it had a line of about 10 waiting. People behind me pleaded with her to do them a favor and just finish the people who had been waiting. «Karen» ignored them and focused on my shoes that I now was questioning the value of. She cashed me out, closed her light and took off leaving behind what looked like it was to become an angry mob. I left marshalls at that point. I felt bad but somehow in a selfish way, I was grateful too that I had gotten out… I look at those shoes from time to time and still think about those who we left behind… Shame on you Marshalls! Businesses who don’t care about their customers develop poor reputations and quite frankly… I have a big mouth!
