This Metro store is unlike others! This location has a friendly nd caring vibe to it! Any questions I’ve had, have been answered and they go out of their way to transfer my contacts over to my new phone!

I recently cracked the screen on my phone and I took it in for repair at Superior Wireless. I can say that I received the most courteous and professional service ever at a cell phone provider at this location!
I used to go to a different phone location, but this experience caused me to change servixe providers!

WARNING!!!
If anyone has visited the superior wireless metro pcs on 285 Park Ave. Cranston, RI 2 905. Be very aware superior wireless metro pcs are selling refurbish iphones as «new iphones».then they permanently erased all data from my icloud account and the phone. erasing years of pictures including the only very last pictures i took of my brother minutes before his funeral. all of my contact including over 10 years of saved data.
these people are sneaky, liars and the scammers! they scammed me with the iphone 6.
but not without me letting the world know of their scams!
