Craig was great to work with. He took a really ugly basement bathroom and made it quite pleasant without having to completely gut it and start over. Along the way he encountered some bizarre and unexpected challenges and dealt with them professionally and with a great attitude. His price was extremely reasonable. He paid attention to small details and did a great job. I would definitely recommend him and hire him again.

Plank and Vine demonstrated professionalism, craftsmanship, and artistry in rebuilding a 100 year old porch. Craig Kratovil was informative, willing to listen and to share ideas, but most of all, he was honest, dependable and true to his word. The new mahogany flooring, cedar railings and planters all add a touch of «country elegance» to our home. We could not be happier. Plank and Vine is going to be our go-​to contractor.

My experience working with Craig from Plank and Vine could not have been any more fantastic. Craig was incredibly patient from the moment I first contacted him to build a deck that we never built and instead we ended up working with him on a kitchen renovation. I have never worked with a contractor on a home renovation before and Craig did all of the work himself and was above and beyond what we would have expected. His prices are incredibly reasonable and he is just the best. This renovation was started when we were on vacation and there was a big storm. Craig went as far as to throw spoiled food out for us so that we wouldn’t return to a mess and he kept us as on schedule as possibly considering that we didn’t have electricity for days. The end result is exactly the kitchen that I would have wanted and I honestly can’t say enough. I am thankful that I found the person we will use for all of our home renovation and improvement projects.

I hired Plank & Vine to remodel my bathroom. The work was high-​quality and high-​value. I liked working with Craig so much that I re-​hired him to redesign and rebuild my backyard. I am exceedingly happy with the results. Craig is an intuitive and talented contractor. His can-​do attitude, down-​to-​earth personality, and excellent work ethic made working with him a pleasure. My backyard is now a real outdoor living space with gravel and stone paths, raised flower beds, a pergola, and a beautiful stone fireplace.
