Rinnovo

I went to this spa for a facial for the very first. I have been getting facials every few months for over 20 years from various spas. I received a really good facial. The esthetician was extremely thorough with her extractions (something that I really appreciated). After the facial, I had a small reaction on my chin. I sent an email to the spa asking for some advice and I sent along a picture of my chin. I immediately received an email and a phone call asking me to please come back in so they could take a look and provide me with some samples and see what they could do. The reaction probably had nothing to do with the facial but was just bad timing and the reaction would have come out without the facial. I did go back in and was warmly greeted and immediately taken back to a room. I was given a treatment to help clear up the irritation and was seen by two other estheticians. I was given samples and was even sent a gift certificate for a complimentary facial (this was completely unnecessary). This was one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had. Every member of the staff was very professional and not once did they make me feel uncomfortable. They made the experience feel as if they were going to be a partner in the long term goal of providing aesthetic services rather than a place you visit just once. I will definitely be going back to Rinnovo.

Cute little spa with great services. I get my eyelash extensions done with Chantel who is simply amazing and as sweet as can be. Also I’ve given up threading after too many disasters at other local salons. Rinnovo is now the only salon I will now trust with my eyebrows… They really take their time and give you beautifully shaped brows.

Everyone was very nice and detail oriented. I had an eyebrow wax done and the price was very reasonable. Will return. :-)

Worst facial EVER!!! Where do I start… When I got to work people thought I had an allergic reaction to something I ate because i was so red and then I noticed I had broken vessels that I never had before from the esthetician trying to extract something that wasn’t there.
Anyway the worst part was the owner found out I was unhappy with my facial, called me all apologetic and sweet, insisted I come back for a complimentary service of my choice. When I went back she got in my face and threatened me! Unbelievable how unprofessional this salon is
