One of the best presents I received was a gift certificate for a facial by Renee. She is a pleasant, kind, personable and accommodating professional. They moved their location to a nicer salon back in January so that may have caused a small bit of inconvenience to some. Just a minor set back which is understandable in any move. However, they are pretty much settled in their new location. Check it out. The facials are rejuvenating!

Bought a 3-deal facial for this place. Renee, aesthetician, has a warm and engaging personality. First visit, I thought it was a really great deal. She used the laser on my skin to finish the facial. I thought, great! No extra charge. Next appointment, she was getting overwhelmed with clients, I felt her stress on the text message just trying to put me in. Oh no, I don’t need stress from my aesthetician who is supposed to give me a stress-free experience. After a looong wait, I came back and eager to relive my memory of the first service. Unfortunately, I left with a very bad burn from a free eyebrow wax. It was so bad that it left a deep scar on my eyelid. Well, not to stress her, I kept mum and did not complain. So what, this scar can go away, right? Third appointment was close to Christmas. The worse. It just felt like the quality of service I experienced the first time kept going downhill. Told her about my scar, she was apologetic but I felt made it sound like it was my sensitivity that caused it. Damn my sensitive skin! So facial this time was so average. None of the laser, or any other special touch I felt the first time. What a letdown. It became just like any other facials I’ve had on Groupon. I was *this* close to becoming a loyal client. Love her prices, too. Too bad service was inconsistent. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great, either. If you are price conscious, love privacy(location is in a lovely residential area), and just need a basic facial cleansing, this is a place you won’t mind trying. As for me, I am moving on…
