I almost feel guilty writing this review as most of the employees are absolutely fantastic. The problem is that there is one loud employee that has been there for a number of years that just ruins the experience. Her attitude is horrible and she just complains loudly. I’ve gone here for many years hoping eventually she would be gone but she is still there so I no longer will be.

I previously got a really bad haircut so I stayed away from the shears for a good 2 ½−3 years. I finally decided that it was time to get a cut. I really wish that I had asked the name of my hair dresser because she took so good care of me, I am stunned. She listened to everything that I asked of her, and didn’t rush through anything. You could clearly tell that she had a passion for her career. My hair looks and feels healthy and better than ever. I don’t think that I could be even a slightest bit happier with the results! I cannot wait to show off my beautiful cut to all of my friends and I will definitely be back!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Obviously it is a super cuts so I’m not looking for anything super fancy. However — I have called twice– once this past Tuesday and once three to four weeks ago looking for a blowout. I have very thick curly hair and typically need a flat iron run through at the ends even with exceptional blowouts. The first time I called they said they did not have a flatiron. Ummmm??? When I called Tuesday — the woman who picked up the phone could literally not have been more rude about not being able to hear me. When I moved into another room in my house — She cut me off saying that they don’t take appointments but to call an hour ahead. I told her that I was indeed calling an hour ahead — would she have anything? She sounded super annoyed and told me that she was all by herself and doesn’t do blowouts. What the hell does this salon do if they don’t have a flatiron and some of their hairdressers don’t do blowouts? Also — I have worked reception in salons and spas my entire working life — there are many times that you won’t be able to accommodate a guest — especially ones calling same day. However, there is a right way and a wrong way to turn away guests and this place is ALLWRONG. Will never call back ever.
