I’ve called Hobgood twice in the past couple of years for HVAC service. Both times they responded quickly, correctly diagnosed the problem, explained the repair and cost, had the needed parts on the truck; and had the system working again in a short time. Did I mention both of these calls were weekend service and one was at night, and that their pricing is very reasonable?
This is the way a service business should be run.

Called this evening… when we got home, we had no a/​c upstairs and the unit was making an awful noise. The response time was amazing. Adam was at my house and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes from my phone call. I will absolutely use them for everything heat and a/​c related. Thanks y’all!

Called on a Monday afternoon to fix HVAC system, and they were able to come out quickly, ascertain the issue and replace the part quickly. Technician (Robert) was knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional.
Office staff was also pleasant and responsive (no putting on hold, etc.).
We’ll gladly have Hobgood come out to inspect system before the summer heat arrives and have placed them on top of the list for vendors to call and recommend to others.

Called Hobgood’s today on the recommendation of family members for an issue we had been having with our heat pump. They were here within the hour and fixed our problem immediately! Robert was very informative and answered any questions we had about our issue. Will definitely be recommending to others and will be calling them again with any other problems we have! Wonderful local company!

Hobgood Mechanical gives good service. They are Johnny on the spot in getting things done. They are very honest with you and know their business. I highly recommend their maintenance package for heating and air.

There is no better HVAC company that I have worked with then Adam, Robert and his crew. I luckily and accidentally met him while he was servicing a neighbors a/​c unit. I decided to call him when I had a/​c issues this summer. Robert came out and gave me the straight story on the unit as well as discovering a potentially dangerous hole in my heat exchanger. Working with Jamey Adam’s wife made the replacement of the unit very easy. Some of the fits and starts of new unit were handled effortlessly and without any issues. I would highly recommend them. I will use them for all of my a/​c, heat jobs. These are folks you can depend on! Great service. Nice honest people without the big company push. I know they will do well since they know how to take care of the customer and install/​service their equipment.
