Awful!!! Ordered online for curbside pick up got there at time to get our over 64 dollar order and waited over 20 minutes in parking lot called manager on way home to tell what just went down she said had new person working and got slammed with order mind you it 4:30 in afternoon! I expressed I was concerned on how our food would be given waiting so long and she said to call her back if wasn’t good. Really really so I guess to her standards ok to wait an extra 20 minutes after pick up time. So get home and have totally someone else’s order!!! Not I am beyond frustrated and nothing we would order is in this order.

I’ve read all the reviews panning this place. I’m not real sure what it’s all about. I ate here once before (I didn’t review it then, I wanted to give it the 2 visit test) and both occasions were quite enjoyable.
The service was fast and friendly and the food was quite good. So, I suppose, they were having an off night. Because both of my visits were good. You should judge for yourself.

Wish I would have read the reviews before going… We could have saved $ 60. We’ve been to other Outback’s before and have always loved the food and the service was fine, but this was awful… Things started out well with our drinks ordered and a promise of ‘the bread will be right out’… Drinks came, another promise on the bread and ordered our food… Twenty minutes later, still no bread or food, and I asked for the bread. Five minutes later we had bread. Took a total of 30 minutes to get our food and they weren’t that busy! Plus never an explanation, apology or anything. Then we needed a box… 10 minutes to get that and the check, which was wrong… Another 10 minutes to get that fixed and paid. Definitely will be a while before we return, and only if the reviews improve. There’s nothing here you can’t get somewhere else.

My family and I went here because my dad received a gift card for this restaurant. It took a long time to get seated even though there were three hosts working. We were seated in a crowded area even though there were seats in less crowded areas. The floor was strangely slick in one area.
The restaurant had too many people for such a little building. The waiter was good. The food was okay. Not a place I’ll be going back to.

Went on Saturday (5÷21÷16), knew it would be busy so did not mind the wait for a table. Took a while to get a drink order. Thought they’ d forgotten us when the bloom’n onion arrived. It was and tasted burnt, but we had skipped lunch and ate it anyway. Waited again a long time for steaks to be brought out. Soup and salad orders were forgotten. Then wrong salad brought. Steaks had nooo seasoning, nooo flavor. Not medium… was bleeding. Dont know what happened? Understaffed? Used to love OB.

Ok we stopped here on our way to Ohio… Was super hungry, we walked in only about 5 tables were occupied looked empty we were seated right away and then the reality of how bad this place is began! We waited 15 minutes before having anyone come by, a lady whom I assume was someone in management came by and looked shocked that no one had waited on us… she said someone will be right with you… About 5 minutes later a lady came by and actually sit down in our booth with my wife hahaa she took our order while sitting at our table! I ordered the special lobster and fillet, medium well. After 30 minutes it came out… Super rare I’m like wow! I tried the lobster it tasted like a piece of rubber. Terrible place!

I don’t know about all the bad reviews on here — we have eaten at this location at least 6 — 8 times and it’s always been very good. Sure it’s not Jeff Ruby’s but it’s also a few $$$ less. We ate there on a Saturday, arrived at 6:00. The hostess said 35 — 40 minutes and we were seated by 6:30. Our waitress took our drink order within a minute and our app order a minute later when she returned with our drinks. The rest of the service was just as good and the food was cooked perfectly. DW had the Prime Rib and I had the Rib Eye. Will definitely go again. rh

I have been disappointed the last 2 times I have eaten here and this time was no different (what was I thinking!) Ordered curb side takeout. Ordered the 12 Oz sirloin, received 2 — 6oz sirloins both over cooked and over seasoned. Ordered a baked potato with everything, received nothing to put on it. Wife’s Alice Springs was very small and lacked the toppings that are normally found on top. Asked for extra honey mustard, received none. Asked for extra bread, received none. Asked for extra blooming sauce for the bloomin onion, received none. BTW the bloomin onion was small. Sons sprite that came with his meal was flat and tasted like carbonated water. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Sorry Outback but you’ve done it to yourself.

Me and my husband sent back 2 items, manager never said anything to us, server never apologized! Didn’t take it off check either! Probably worst meal we have ever had. Will never go back to an outback again.

Food was okay at best. A filet should be your best and cooked correctly. Sisters was so well done and dried out it was a waisted piece of meat. There was no sense sending it back as it had been 45 minutes since we had ordered as it was. Was seated a good 30 minutes before the waitress even took our order. My marsala sirloin was actually very good but the portion seemed very small. Grandson has the sirloin tips on a stick and they might as well have been jerky on a stick. Have actually never had a great meal at an Outback and this was not my choice but it more than likely be my last go around with them. Was inside the restaurant a total of 2 hours and 10 minutes. Granted it was a Saturday but we started the adventure at 4: 30 so it was before the mad rush. Can’t imagine what wait time was for the later crowd.

Save yourself and pass this by. Nothing on the menu looks anything close once served. The service was absolutely horrible and it is Sunday at 3:00 Not many seats full. The hubs ordered crab cake and filet. Approx $ 31.00. No crab cake came out and waiter was clueless. When it was served we were finished with our dinner. Our waiter, Jake was clueless to most things although a very nice person. We had to ask for everything, including bread. We got our drinks by walking up to the bar and ordering from the bartender. No value at all for the money. Ok. Finished with my rant… where is that manager? Dirty plates still on the table as we rant and our check has been delivered without notice.
Well, just went in for late lunch on a Saturday. Glad I used all the gift cards given last time so I’m never tempted to go back. Difference this time is that I felt sorry for our waitress, Jill. Had a great smile and did her best. She deserves a nicer place to work. Came in at 2:00. They now open at lunch at 11:00. No hostess to seat you so we seated ourselves after waiting about 5 minutes in the bar area at a booth. We ordered. Bread is always less than mediocre and not worth it. The hubs ordered «Bistro chicken». When I as time to be served,… Know what? I’m done with this vant. Too many things I want to say. Just trust me. They will never see us again!

Was told 20 min wait, they looked ½ empty we walked out, this was our first attempt to eat at outback in 5 years .not sure if I’ll try again later.

We went here for my birthday… was hoping it would be awesome. It was not. The waiter was ridiculous. He took forever and was scatterbrained. Everything took forever, even to get our drinks. The appetizer was overpriced and the serving size looked like it was for a kid. This used to be my favorite place however we won’t be back ever! The prices keep going up and the food is not worth their prices. When it came time to getting the bill he tried 3x to get the check right. It was not even close any of the times. I finally had to write down our order for him so he could print the bill correctly. Are you serious??? I should not have to do your job for you.

Delicious food; reasonable prices; nice décor; good service; they publish nutrition info data on line. They check off most of the right boxes. My only reservation is the location… I’m from about 75 miles away, so I’m not likely to become a regular at this location.

I really want to like this place still but I am so SICK of the lower than low quality steak. I’m done going to this place and thinking I will give it another chance. No more chances. I’m never giving this place my business ever again! Get your shit together Outback.

You know it’s not going to be a good meal when you feel like you’re on Kitchen Nightmare but there’s no blonde British man yelling at the staff to do better
We put our name on the list via the website as we were coming with a group of 6 and it’s a Saturday night. We know how it goes, not out first rodeo. When we arrived we waited 15 minutes to be seated in a booth we all squeezed into. Good thing we’re family and love each other.
Drinks and bread arrived fairly quickly. We put in an order for a blooming onion when we ordered our drinks. It took 45 minutes for it to get to the table. Our waitress said, «Oh, I thought someone had brought it out to you & cleared it from your table already!» Um, honey, that’s YOUR job.
One hour and counting for our entrees to arrive. We ordered nothing complicated or outlandish. At this point, if it were just me, I would be walking out the door and then call the manager to complain. Sorry for the bad birthday dinner, baby brother.

We were seated around 6:55pm. Drinks and bread came out quickly. I’m unable to partake in gluten so I just sipped my water. We ordered a bloom in’ onion right away. I can’t eat that either, so I knew I’d be waiting for a bit to eat. No problem. I’m used to waiting as many apps aren’t doable for me.
But then the bloomin onion never arrived. We had to ask the waitress about it, and she said she thought someone else had brought it out, that we’d eaten it, and someone else had cleared it already… somehow all without her knowledge? Nope. We just sat for 45ish minutes before we got it. Pretty sure our server just forgot about it.
She came by around the same time to say that our food would be «just a few more minutes.» If a few more is more like 20 minutes, then she was right.
While we’re waiting, we overhear a man at the table behind us talking to the manager. Their food was wrong, service was poor and he flat out told him they wouldn’t ever be back.
At 8:05pm our food FINALLY arrives! I was so hungry, and luckily the food looked good. Mine was tasty — I had the Alice Springs chicken with a sweet potato. My mom and dad’s steak was well done instead of medium well, but they ate it as sent anyway. My brother and sister both had garlic mashed potatoes and there were large chunks of raw potato in them. In the words of Jimmy Fallon, «ew!»
The waitress did automatically comp the bloomin onion without us saying anything, but overall our time here was the worst dining experience we’ve had in a long long time. I’d avoid this restaurant unless you’re prepared for this type of scenario.

Easy to see why this location is 2.5 stars and declining. Poor waitress, drinks showed up after appetizer which was late. Had to request bread twice.
One of six meals had to be sent back (raw burger). Manager could have corrected but failed to ask.
Two of my daughters are servers. So a waiter has to work at getting less than 20% tip.
Nothing was suggested to fix issues. Only blame was placed on busy father’s day.
Sorry I will protest by not returning for an extended amount of time.
When paying the bill for 6 I would expect some folks who accually cared about my experience. 100.00 wasted.

Had a steak craving so we stopped in for a late lunch/​early dinner. The place was pretty empty so we thought it would be a quick in and out. We waited for quite some time to be greeted by the server which was par for the course for the rest of the visit.
Our steaks came out quite awhile later both over cooked. The waitress commented that it had been happening quite a bit. So she left our sides with us to eat while we waited… again an abnormal amount of time. She mentioned the manager would be over, so we assumed something would be taken care of or maybe an apology. We got neither. Just over cooked steaks again. By this point we were too hungry and tired of waiting to complain.
Lackluster performance all around. We won’t be back…

Never have had a bad time or bad service. Usually order from here a couple times a month. The carry out is quick and consistent. Sometime online they offer a free app and all you have to do is mention it to the server! We really like it and the price is fair.
