Do not give them a bank card!!! I canceled my membership September 25th, only to notice that they were still charging me for 3 months! And it’s basically your word against theirs unless you ask for a copy of your cancelation. I called customer service and they couldn’t do anything for me even though I had went from spray tanning and tanning regularly until September 25th(the date that I canceled). When I did cancel for the second time, they apologized and said that girl was probably new! Really?! If they had even reimbursed me half of my money I’d consider going back. But they didn’t, so I will not be back and I’ll continue to warn people about this chain!

Almost all of the time, the staff is friendly and helpful. I hope for most of my experiences here to be quick in, quick out. Unfortunately, this is not always a timely errand. Recently, I waited in line for 13 minutes while the only employee working explained a tanning package to a new customer. While I believe it’s important for new customer to understand the polices, I believe it’s equally important for current customers to be greeted and taken care of in a timely manner. I told the girl I knew it wasn’t her fault, but that the store should always be staffed with at least two employees to avoid this type of delay. I use the spray tan booths and am usually very satisfied with the color and quality. I recently received an unexpected rebate of $ 30 in a product credit for being a member. Nice perk!

We went to all the Palm Beach salons in the area while searching for a good deal on a membership, and found all to be clean, and the employees friendly. There are full-length mirrors in each room, there are(as always) lotions to purchase(but they don’t try to hard-sell you) if you need them. All in all it was a pleasant experience at each of the locations. I have no knowledge of the membership process since we did not get a membership, so no comments there.
