Dunkin’donuts/Baskin Robbins

I won’t be going to this one anymore! I used to love this DD but they have gone straight downhill. it’s like they don’t know how to make coffee anymore. I would like to think that if I get a mocha with coconut, that there would be some kind of flavoring in there!

I love my neighborhood Dunkin/​Baskin Robbins. Although I have to say I NEVER eat the donuts. Dunkin donuts taste like Sh*t to me especially when they’ve been sitting out all day drying out. I normally only get Ice cream or Coolata’s here. For the most part everyone is generally nice. I sometimes hate it when the drive thru is the only option because sometimes the order taker doesn’t understand what you are saying, and if you have a question about flavors they can’t really answer well. So know what you want and you are all good! Baskin Robbins has the best ice cream. Their shakes are the best I’ve ever had. I love that they use hand scooped ice cream and NOT soft serve. If you love chocolate try the chocolate shake! But make sure they use chocolate ice cream, and not vanilla with chocolate syrup. You’ll be in for a treat.

I was a frequent customer for many years… service has gone downhill, too many orders wrong, and my recent complaint went to a «store manager»…some random man who left messages on my cell phone who had NO IDEA who I was when I called back because it was his personal cell phone!

They are OPEN!!! The new building looks great and the drive thru is awesome for a lazy, sloppy, croc wearing person like myself. I wasn’t disappointed with the coffee last night and staff looked very happy to be open again…
