Great Wok

We have been in search for great Chinese take out so passing this place we decided to stop in. We ordered two egg rolls and when they came out it came with sweet n sour sauce, we asked for soy sauce and she threw them on the counter. The egg rolls are frozen just like the lady at the counters heart & personality… Also the place wasn’t the cleanest… boxes piled up and just lots of clutter. We won’t be going back!

I don’t understand why everyone is hating on this place. We get the orange chicken, fried rice, crab rangoon, and egg rolls and they’re all hot, fresh, and taste good. You get free egg rolls when you order more than $ 15. I like this place.

Placed a phone order for delivery. The guy shows up at my house with no change! ! This is after I told them on the phone I was paying cash. I hand the guy 40 bucks for a 34 dollar bill (including a 3 dollar delivery fee) and he couldn’t make change. I won’t be going back to this place

I’ve gotten food here many times. It’s usually okay, but what I got today was not. The service, though, was worse. I ordered orange chicken. I got home to eat it and it was so salty that I couldn’t stomach it. I called them and the woman just kept repeating that people love the orange chicken and it is very good. She asked me what she could do and I suggested that they deliver a new order for me. They would not deliver me a replacement, but she said that I could bring it back.
A few minutes later she called me back to tell me that I ordered bourbon chicken. I checked the receipt and that IS what they made for me. It is NOT, however, what I ordered. I explained this and she just kept repeating that I ordered bourbon chicken and not orange chicken as if I don’t know what I ordered. She began yelling it at me and I had to ask her to stop yelling so that I could speak. They misunderstood me or made a mistake but would not take care of it. I stated again that I did not order bourbon chicken – I ordered orange chicken. She began to yell at me again that I ordered bourbon chicken. Seriously – yelling at me. I was finished with them at this point. She said that they would remake my order if I brought it back, but I’m not going to get back in my car and drive back there for their crappy food. I told her to shove it up her a$$. Honest mistakes are acceptable, bad customer service is not.

Cheap chinese food doesn’t have to be this bad.
While the lunch special is priced right, (see previous review), the rice is dry, the eggroll is tasteless and tough, and the entrée is underwhelming with flavor.
Ehh, skip this and go elsewhere.

For $ 4.75 you get rice, egg roll, Sweet and sour chicken and a can pop! The flavor was OK though I like my sauce on the side they served it sauce already installed. Like any good Chinese take out the ordering process is half the fun! How many you say? I will be back!
