Next Door Self Storage

DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS THERE! We found this place because they had great rated so we decided to store our belongings there. We stored our furniture from May-​July. when we were moving out of the storage we found out that our belingings had MOLD all over, and we were distraught to find our furniture in that condition, specially since it was there for a short period of time. When we tried to contact the manager there, the lady at the front desk refused to give us the managers name or the owners name. All she told us was that they will call us and we never heard back from them. We attempted to give them a call time after time to handle this problem because we rented at different storage places and we never had this happened. All we were told was «there is nothing that I can do for you» we worked so hard for the things that we have, and to have a place like this ruined all of our furniture, and to top it off, to not even get a call back was davastating. Do not use this place to store your belongings, we learned a valuable lesson. if it’s cheap there is a reson why!!!
