The staff is nice and remembers to smile before they screw you. It says on the lease you sign that they may raise your rent by up to 10% every 6 months. They raise it every bit of that 10% on the dot. If you complain about the constant rent increases they look at you like you’re stoned blame it on upper management. I’ve used this place for 5 years as an off site business storage for a hard drive and DVD backups for my company. I rent a space smaller than most peoples coat closet and just paid $ 196 this month to rent for this. I looked on their website. New customers get it for $ 25 a month. Great way to screw long term users.
