SUMMARY: two guys are good at what they do there, but other than that. Everyone else has terrible service, and attitude problems. ALWAYS check your food before leaving or the delivery guy waits. If I can give 0 stars, I would. I’ve ordered from here multiple times, due to the fact of how close it is to my work. Honestly, every time I order from here they have to mess something up. ALWAYS, forget something. I even bought some chicken wings from there one time and I saved the biggest piece for last, and when I bit into it it was completely raw inside and when I called them to tell them they denied it. Even when I brought the chicken in their container back they still denied it, saying it was way bigger than their average wing? Lol. Then he proceeded to tell me that he’s been in the business 15 years and that’s never happened. So you still have to argue with them. But what actually made me write this review is today I bought a cheeseburger with fries, a Coke, a cup of cheese, and chicken tenders with hot sauce and ranch. One problem is that I got my tenders literally with no sauce on them or on the side, but I did get my cup of ranch. Two is I did not get any cheese, which clearly I got charged for on the receipt. When I called I was told that they don’t put sauce in their tenders? But on their website it specifically asked me what sauce would you like on your tenders!!! When I told the delivery boy that there’s no sauce he also proceeded to tell me that it would take him too long to get the sauce(25 minutes) when I’m not even a block away from them(I can’t go myself because I’m stuck at work by myself).

Ordering online was easy. The delivery was early and deep dish pizza was piping hot. The delivery man was very polite and thanked me for the tip. Hopefully this services continues because I will be ordering more often.

I placed an order a couple of weeks ago. I ordered two«Beefsters» for delivery. The woman on the phone was a bit confused about what I wanted. I explained it to her more times and even told her where I saw it on the menu. When our food arrived it was two pizza calzones. My husband called and explained what happened. He spoke to the manager Don who told us that since the restaurant would be closing soon that we could call back another time to get the two«Beefsters». So I had my husband call back tonight so we could redeem the two«Beefsters» along with other items that we would also order. The employee Jessica told my husband that she didn’t see couldn’t do anything since Don was gone for the night. I called back to find out if she could try to contact Don because I wanted to order it today and she said she would and put me on hold. She and back to the phone and told me he didn’t answer. So I asked if they could start working on my order while she waited for Don to call her back. She told me she didn’t have the authority to do that. So I asked her to try to call one more time. She put the phone down and I’m not sure who she was talking to but she was upset and said«I CAN’T DEALWITHTHISIMABOUTTOFUCKINGLEAVE». She came back to the phone & told me she couldn’t get in touch with him. I told her that I wanted to know who was in charge and if they was a higher autoI could talk to? She said there was no one. I asked her who was above Don and she said that only the owners. So I asked her if she could give me that information and she said she already tried calling them. I don’t know how and when she tried calling them as well. She said the only thing I could do is wait for Don to come in tomorrow at 11:00. I don’t understand how a restaurant can run without having a manager on duty. Jessica gave me the worst service I could have had. I wanted to order additional items as well and now I don’t know if I ever will be ordering again because I feel unsafe ordering from her since I obviously angered her to the point that she had to cuss about me thinking that I couldn’t hear what she said when she put the phone down. How does a pizza restaurant run without a manager in a Friday night?

Terrible delivery. Ordered meet ravioli with sausage and meatballs. They forgot sausage and meatballs. Kid got pizza puff and Bosco sticks. Pizza puff was soggy and some sticks were Bosco and others were bread. Driver asked for payment when it was already paid for online. Far too many mistakes for me to bother seeking redemption. Just cut my losses. There’s lots of good pizza places around here.

Gotten pizza here a few times, it’s always been really good. From the other reviews, it seems they suck at delivering. But I’ve had no problems with pizza that we pick up. Also the 2 slices for 5 at lunch is good– try the Italian beef pizza!

Prices were higher than listed on here — plus delivery charges — plus plus plus — order went from $ 17.00 to almost $ 25.00. Won’t do business with a company that cant be honest.

Cold food arrived, forgot the soda, forgot the salad dressings even though they charged for extra. Called to get it fixed, and asked for a refund for the salad dressings, told no refunds only credit. called back to use the credit a week later, no record of credits. Refuses to refund screw ups on grub hub. Avoid at all costs. Think Amy’s Baking company from Kitchen Nightmares.

Placed an order today for delivery for a cheef(cheese beef) combo with a cola, get it delivered, no cola, sandwhich is dry as hell, was supposed to be dipped. Take it back myself, watch a guy picking his nose as he’s measuring more beef to make another sandwich. I asked for my money back, and they wouldn’t refund it, even though I paid 20 minutes prior and the order was wrong. All they could do was give me credit, and not even for delivery! I won’t be eating here again! This is the worst Rosati’s EVER!

I was happy that I went to pick my order up instead of having it delivered because I witnessed the girl who took my cash handle my salad with her bare hands and did not bother washing her hands or wearing gloves… I asked her to remove the salad from my tab but she didn’t know how to take it off so the manager(I assume) came to the front and after I explained why I wanted a refund, he offered to make the salad himself. I accepted but unfortunatley keep thinking of all of those unassuming folks who get«dirty food» from this place. I am not a germ-a-fobe but I wouldn’t even eat from my own hands after touching money… gross!
