Willow Run of Cresthill Apartments

Don’t let this place fill you up with joy bc once you meet Elizabitch I mean Elizabeth she’ll suck it right out of you. This place is very nice great prices and location. The maintenance people are nice but suck at their job most 1^st floor apartments in some buildings build up mold (black) and mildew which they think can be fixed with bleach. Elizabeth is rude so disrespectful rolls her eyes when answering your questions of the apartment if you have kids she’s very ignorant and telling them not to touch anything or break appliances when they really aren’t touching anything. She acts like she’s the queen of Russia who rents to pheasants. She only wants people who make 4x the rent with okay to perfect credit and if your white that helps also although you may see other race doesn’t stop her from downgrading you as soon as she’s irritated. She’s not friendly or happy about showing you an apartment. She needs to be fired. She claims her management is 100% up to par but it’s not. You also can not open your window during the winter if the heater (which they control) is too high you’ll be fined. Heat stays on until end of April. God don’t like ugly. Save your money and your time.

I was worried about this place because of old reviews on other sites, but the management here is great! Elizabeth is very nice and helpful. A maintenance guy is out every day cleaning the grounds. Never yet had any problems with the neighbors. Laundry right in your building. Really big lawn to run around with the dogs. Pool not open since I moved in. (winter). Apartments are brand-​new looking and nice inside, no bugs or anything like that. And there’s a drop box for rent so you don’t have to use up envelopes or stamps. They have dog stations all over. Price is not out of control either!
