Very unprofessional experience. I made an appointment for an updo for a wedding trial, and found out the day before the appointment(after having scheduled it months in advance) that the owner never found anyone willing to work on a sunday, the day of my wedding. She had never had bothered to call and let me know! If it weren’t for ME asking when they made the confirmation call, I would’ve had an updo done for no good reason, and potentially would have had to find another salon last minute. Ridiculous. You’ll have better luck at Metamorphosis or Eleve Salon.
