I go to creekside spa every time I visit crested butte. I’ve had massage from megan, Andi and Mary. Every time the massage was amazing as well as the atmosphere and professionalism of the staff and owners. I love the steam towels that they use in every treatment. It adds a special touch. The massage tables are cozy and warm and nothing beats the sound of the creek. Don’t miss this treat next time your are in crested butte.

The owner was very nice but unfortunately, I didn’t have a very good experience.
I wasn’t asked to arrive early and my massage time started when I walked in the door… so I received a 45 minute massage for $ 95. Ouch. Make sure to arrive early. To the owner’s credit, she did reimburse some of the cost and acknowledged their mistake. That was nice.
My therapist was Allegra. She had some good skills but wasn’t very welcoming. Also, not sure if everyone at this spa uses lots of oil, but she used a ton of jojoba oil on me. If you don’t want to be covered in lots of oil, I’d mention this at the beginning of your treatment. She also used a bunch of peppermint oil on my chest without asking me first. I smelled like a giant piece of peppermint gum for the rest of the day.
The best part was hearing the creek below the window for the whole massage. Very relaxing.
As with most massage places, it comes down to your therapist.

Gabby was my therapist this afternoon and I cannot say enough good things about «her» and her services. When I first walked in she was absolutely stunning looking and so nice and soft spoken. She began with the salt scrub and finally I received a scrub that actually felt like a scrub, incredible! She then took me to the shower to shower off and then I returned to the room to enjoy one of the best massages I have had in forever. It was slow and very thorough coving every spot that I needed.
I have fallen in love with Crested Butte Colorado but I think I have fallen in love with Gabby even more… I will definitely be returning to see her and only her upon buying my vacation hone here hopefully in the next few months…
I want to bring her back tonPhoenix with me!!!
