HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE. I will be using another rental company if i ever travel to Crestline again. I’m pretty sure the manager in the office was on drugs… Don’t waste your time.

I am only giving Lake Gregory Realty a 3 star rating because they have poor customer service. It is such a shame because the cottage we rented was adorable and super afordable. We had a hard time finding it the night we arrived as it was set back three units from the street. It would have been nice to have known this before arriving. If you don’t mind having to bug someone to send you a contract to reserve your cabin/cottage, then again to make sure everything is completed after returning the contract, and once again to confirm you reservation — then you will have no problem with Lake Gregory Realty. The other downside is that it takes a while to get your security deposit back. We are going on ten days Monday and still have not received ours. We left the cottage in pristine condition just the way we found it when we arrived. All in all I would most likely use them again if I couldn’t find a comparable place that offered more proactive customer service. Oh and Ps. They charge an outrageous $ 15.00 fee if you use your credit card to process your reservation.

This company offers cabin/vacation rentals, and we rented a cabin from them earlier in the year. The whole experience was really fantastic. We were given detailed directions to our cabin, and very specific instructions as to what we had to bring, what would be provided to us, what the rules were, etc. The cabin was gorgeous, clean, and perfect. It looked exactly like the pictures on their website. I wanted to stay there for weeks. The price was incredibly cheap and they sent me my security deposit back just several days after we had checked out. I would rent from Lake Gregory Property Management again, anytime.
