So much stuff!!! I love going to charming Charlie’s to get accessories. Last time I got a very cute bag and some jewelry to match it. Everyone can find something they like a Charlie’s, you just have to be slow and hunt. The store is separated into like patterns that are similar or of the same material, the jewelry is separated the same way. Happy hunting :)

This place is a girls dream! You walk in and are just in awe at all the jewelry and accessories in this place. I love how they have the store organized by different colors. That is so useful when you’re trying to find the right color to go with your amazing outfit. This place never disappoints!

Oh. My. Gaudy. Charming Charlie’s follows the rule: «When in doubt, bedazzle it.» I’m uncertain what demographic this store is targeting. As I walked around, an odd assortment of music played back-to-back: jazz, Justin Bieber, The Beatles. The mood was all over the place. Other customers included elderly ladies dressed in furs and young mothers sprawled out on the floor, picking through accessories for matching Mommy-Toddler outfits. Weird. Charming Charlies is like a Claire’s that sells clothes, shoes, and purses in addition to jewelry. The store is divided into color clusters; with everything turquoise in one area, everything red in another. All the colors of the rainbow are in stock… if I actually wanted anything from here. The genres of items are tawdry at best: — Bohemian clothing: shirts and dresses that make 90% of women look boxy or pregnant — Extra long, chunky necklaces — Chunky gemstone jewelry. The stones look cloudy and are offset, like something sold from a quarter machine. — Chunky bedazzled jewelry. Sometimes sequins, sometimes glitter. Always tacky. — Giant stilettos or flats with an oversized gemstone glued on the toe. — «Leather-ish» handbags that appear more like cheap plastic. Many come complete with… you guessed it! Giant gaudy flowers and/or gemstones. Some women may call these accessories«statement pieces.» I call them eyesores. After browsing the entire store, everything here screamed«cheap.» Not the good kind of cheap, as in, «Check out this great deal!» Rather, the discolored, poorly made, costume jewelry that looks ridiculous on anyone over age 16 «cheap.» If you like throw-away jewelry, or are a pre-teen playing dress up, you’ll strike gold at Charming Charlies. Average Accessory Price: $ 8.00 — $ 15.00

Holy Moly! I heard of this place and now I have experienced it! I am not by any means a «girlie girl» but my daughter is. She is only 3 and about died when I took her into this place. She thought she was in heaven, me hell. I went there to get Christmas gifts. They have a child’s section, a discount section and the sections arranged by color. My daughters being Pink of course. If I were a girl who liked this kind of thing I would shop there often.

This utopia is everything an accessorie-a-holic like myself hopes for in a store and more. It reminds me of how I imagine the inside of my brain looks… tons of shiny things all perfectly color coordinated. Seriously I cannot say enough good things about this place. Lets start with how ridiculously organized it is! Everything is organized by color and theme. It’s never messy(like Clarie’s and Icing usually are). Everything has it’s place and everything is in it’s place. It must be a real pain working there, but my God it makes shopping there a delight! The prices though not as cheap as say a Forever 21 aren’t that bad. Not only that, but they often will take an additional 75% off their clearance. I once got a necklace, two pairs of earrings and a ring for $ 4. My mom actually gave me a gift card to here for Christmas with $ 20 on it and despite many trips there I still have money on it. All their merchandise is really unique and fun too. You won’t see other people wearing your stuff because there’s just so much to choose from! Not only do they sell jewelry, but they also have clothing items and shoes. Amazing! Basically…if I could live at this place I would. It’s not to be missed and I believe there’s another location at Rookwood if you live on the other side of the pond.

This is the best store ever. I walked in and was in heaven. I told my husband — he could walk in blindfolded and pick up anything — and I would love it. And I think they have one open in Rookwood now too!!!
