What can I say, it’s Coldstone. That alone, makes it great! This is a pretty good location and I have always found the staff pretty friendly and they load up the ice cream nicely. I am not sure how they measure, but when my cup overflows, I am not complaining. The only knock that I have with any of their locations is really more seating would be nice.

My boyfriend got a milkshake and it was very milky and had hardly any ice cream in it… Besides that weve never got the milkshakes but the ice cream is very good

Besides Graeter’s, Cold Stone Creamery is next in line. Sorry Cold Stone, there is just something special about Graeter’s here in Cincinnati. With that being said, Cold Stone has great combinations of mixes and they always let you sample. This specific location had a line out the door into the sidewalk, but I bet we did not wait more than 10 minutes. They were fast and friendly. I would not get too far off the beaten track with their ice cream combinations though. It is one of the more pricey and premium ice creams to get, but I love the birthday cake remix. Have you had cake batter ice cream? TRYIT!

Stick to the mix ins. I tried the hot stone chocolate lava meltdown and was disappointed, barely any ice cream and pricey at $ 6

So my 4 star rating may be particular to me as I love to have chocolate with raspberries and none of the frozen yogurt places seem to ever have raspberries. The only other reliable option I know of is Aglamesi’s which is a drive. The ice cream here is great. Some of their signature creations are super good. Customer service was great. That said, they are super expensive. With the rise of frozen yogurt places it really seems funny to have this slow process of the employees mashing in the toppings at whatever ratios. If it weren’t for the raspberries I would feel silly getting dessert here rather than a frozen yogurt place.

I love cold stone! I come here a lot and always get great service and they are usually busy.

It was so good, my husband and I went two days in a row. 2 employees were working both days, service was fast and friendly. It is expensive, but worth every penny. Not some slimy unreal McDonald’s ice cream. This stuff is like crack.

Ice cream was good but credit card machine was down…

Cold Stone is so-so, as the service is never consistent. One day you could walk in and get great service and the next day wait while the one person who works the counter is waiting on other customers(note to ColdStone-hire more people). With this being said, they have some really great flavors and mix ins, but the price is a little steep for my taste, especially since I can go to Culver’s in Florence KY and get a better sundae for a cheaper price. That’s just my two cents.

This is a fairly good Coldstone location. My only complaint is that usually it’s only staffed by one person so the line takes forever.
