Papa Murphy’s

This is one of the best chain pizza places I’ve eaten at. The food is fresh and tastes great.

Best place to go when you want fresh pizza with out the delivery wait. Very professional and my wait wasn’t long at all.

Terrible customer service, indifferent attitude, and thoughtless behavior.
My husband and I went to this Papa Murphy’s and ordered the Big Murphy Stuffed Pizza. We asked to have the pepperoni and sausage on one half of the pizza only, and if possible to have chicken on the other half instead. I even explained that I do not eat pork and would not like any of it on my half. The woman taking our order said she understood and said it wouldn’t be a problem. The next woman, who started making our pizza, was told what kind of pizza we ordered and her response was «Yea, yea, yea…» as she cut off the cashier. We were told that they put half of the chicken on top of my half so that we would know which half was which.
We went home and baked our pizza and cut it into slices. I started to eat it only to realize that the entire stuffed pizza only contained pepperoni and sausage. All of the chicken was on top of one half, and all of the veggies were on top of the other half.
This is in no way what we ordered and I was unable to eat it.
I completed the review prompted on the receipt and explained my terrible experience with this store. I was asked if I would like a manager to call me the next day and I said yes and provided a phone number. I never received a phone call. No action has been taken on behalf of this store to convey to me that they value their customer satisfaction.

Better than the other regular chain pizza places. I go here all the time, but remember, you have to bake it yourself at home. Worth it!

First time eating at Papa Murphy’s, ever!
This one just opened in Crestview.
Super-​friendly service, good discounts /​coupons if you know where to find them. At the ordering register there is a sign with the code to text (SMS) for discounts specific to this store: I did it and quickly received a code for free meal upgrade which added a 2-​liter and cookie dough to our order on top of the email coupon that I brought in. The one downside was the wait time, but they were doing their best!
There were 5 employees making pizzas in an assembly line as quickly as they could. They were balancing the in store orders and the phone in orders. We got our food: 2 large specialty pizzas, cookie dough, & 2-​liter for $ 20 and headed home.
The pizza is made, with fresh ingredients *NOT frozen* and you take it home and cook it yourself. I thought this was odd but the pizzas cooked to perfection and tasted great! This is my new go-​to pizza place! It’s worth a little more than the $ 5 quick pizzas for better quality! And the staff is SUPER FRIENDLY!
