This Culver’s is pretty darn good. Their burgers and custard are really good. You can tell Culver’s has very specific training and standards for customer service and keeping the place clean. You don’t see that kind of care much at all these days at other fast food restaurants, which admittedly I don’t frequent in general. I’m sure not everyone is perfect on every day, but I’ve been to this Culver’s 3 times when I’m out visiting family, and it has been consistently good.

I am surprised there are reviews with low marks — I am always very pleased with the service here. When I walk in I can tell there is a culture amongst the employees to say hello and welcome guests which is a good first sign. It is always clean and in my opinion, for it being the lunchtime hour they are very efficient. The food is the most consistent part — I usually get a side salad and everything is always fresh and the burgers are hot and taste great. Worth mentioning, a while back I had an interaction with the girl who brought my food to me and it was clearly not what I believed to be the«Culvers Way» so I gave feedback on the survey from the receipt and within 15 minutes the owner of the franchise called me and thanked me for the feedback. She assured me she dealt with the employee and I appreciated how receptive she was to my feedback. I love when restaurants and businesses have an owner/operator business model, it shows they are engaged and they care.

Very dissatisfied with the service. Lupe walked up to my car with the wrong ice cream, I told her the one concrete mixer was wrong, she said nothing and walked away with the ice cream. She then came back with the correct one… Said NOTHING. Not a word. When I asked for her name and addressed that she did not apologize nor acknowledge they made a mistake she said: «I’m sorry, what do you want free ice cream?» Culvers, who are you hiring? Clearly to work there you need to have social and customer service skills. Your employees are working with the public. Lupe is someone who does not belong working with the public. I will not be returning to this location.

Food is good. BUT I had a TERRIBLE experience on 11÷15÷14. I waited and waited and waited for my food. I asked & asked & asked when it will come. I was dining in with my daughter so we were chatting and the time flew by. After about 20 minutes of waiting, a school bus pulls up w/a load of people. I* then got up and asked AGAIN for our order and the manager(Chris Shannahan(sp?) looked at me like I was being unreasonable. I then asked for my money back, and she never apologized. NOAPOLOGY! I called her on it and she then said«sorry» sarcastically. Then she said«we had a bus looad of people just come in». I told her that I was waiting for 20 minutes BEFORE the damn bus pulled up. Culvers, you need to fire this girl. There are plenty of people out there who would have sincerely apologized to me who are looking for a job.

Loved this Culvers! Clean, friendly and fast. The Salty caramel Pumpkin Concrete was fantastic also.

Pretty please, stop frying your chicken in the same oil as your fish. Other than that, Zero gripes about the food and the staff is extremely pleasant.

I’ve been to several Culvers before and depend on their consistency. My favorite is the pot roast dinner, lean, tender beef in a savory sauce. Very satisfying! We wanted to try the new location. Beautiful interior, well trained staff. Dinner was delivered but for the first time there was more fat than was acceptable. The manager was making his rounds, coincidentally, and I told him. He instantly made it right! EXCELLENT! We’ll be back again and again!
