This is the best Mr. Sub ever! The food is great!!! The prices are even better! It puts all other Mr. Sub’s to shame! The workers are always friendly, service is always fast. It’s open late, so it’s the best late night weekend eats around! Heck, if carbs didn’t count i’d eat there every day!

One of my favorite fast food places in the area. I usually get the original mr sub sandwich… or gyros. I love how they give us a huge pile of fries! Their subs are waaaay better than subway. I don’t think I’ll ever go to subway again actually! Service is excellent! They’re super friendly! Love love love.

I think I forgot my lunch on purpose. When I saw the submyster I pulled in for lunch. At 9:30am. Yes, I got the king Mr.Sub. And, yes, I ate the whole thing. Yum! One thing though. It’s been a while since I had one and it just isn’t as good as I remember it? Or perhaps for 5 bucks more I’d rather have an avocado bacon burger on pretzel bread at Sable. RUDE!

I just wanted to share my Amazing experience with everyone I walked in needing to order 4 subs with all kinds of «no this» and«extra that’s» every time my wife orders these crazy special orders they always get mixed up after I order she changes the bread to all wheat most places would have rolled their eyes at me and given me attitude(I’m just the messenger) they happily changed all the subs to wheat and the gentleman working the counter his name is Harold was one of the nicest people in the restaurant business I’ve meet in a while second time I’ve been there and he’s helped me both times I pass two other Mr subs just to go to this one if your in need of a meal this is the place to go!!!

Writing reviews for chain places is pretty pointless, BUT I had such a good experience here I figured I’d drop a 5* on them. I’ve been to the Mr Sub on 105th and Western plenty of times and the food is fine. What sets this Crestwood location apart is the dude that works the drive thru window. He was probably the friendliest fast food employee ever. Compare this to the workers at the Beverly location who’s souls have been crushed by drunk 19 year olds and the difference is notable and appreciated. As far as an actual review goes, it’s Mr. Sub, you already know what you’re going to order before you get there. So here’s to you friendly Mr. Sub drive thru guy, hopefully I’ll be seeing you and a king turkey sub sometime soon.

Oh hell yeah. A brand new Mr. Sub. I’m all over this shit like stink on cheese. It’s almost like getting your ride pimped out. It’s mostly the same. Just new and better. That’s a pretty shitty metaphor, I guess. My point is the food is the same, only in a shiny, new environment. Most Mr. Sub’s I’ve been to are old and dingy, and have probably been standing since the early 90’s when Scottie Pippen appeared in commercials for them. You know, where he slam dunks the sandwich? You probably don’t know what I’m talking about. YouTube it. «The Best Tasting Meal Around and a Healthy Alternative». That’s what the menu says. I think in this case, «healthy» is a euphemism for«we don’t serve grease by the bucket-load». Yeah, you serve sandwiches… with french fries on the side. And the oil from the sandwiches seep though the bag. And your car may smell like grease and onions for a week. That’s Chicago healthy. But so what? Oil«sauce», extra mayo, the most onion-y onions ever, and Turano bread is what I call a sandwich.
