Please teach your Employees how to make a proper cappuccino, this is a problem with most of your stores

This place may be efficient, but not on memorial day weekend. I didn’t have a horrible experience, but the wait was slightly annoying. The drive-thru was around the corner so I decided to go inside… mistake! There were only 3 people inside and it took 15 minutes!!! Friendly service, clean environment, but not nearly as efficient as other Starbucks.

I really wish I could rate this place higher since I live in the area, but this seriously has to be the poorest run Starbucks I’ve been to. Mobile orders rarely work, and when they do, they aren’t ready when the app says they should be. They are consistently out of stock of something. Thankfully, the employees are great, however they are at the local coffee shop as well. If you’re choosing this Starbucks because you’re hoping it will be a quick stop, pick another.

This has to be the slowest & rudest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. When you have to wait more than 10 minutes after paying & watch them just stand around making rude comments on drive-thru customers instead of making your drink… then have to stop them& ask them to start making your drink? Or you wait & they make other customers drinks before yours even though you paid first? Or have your very simple apple cider made wrong then have to correct them only to have them say they will fix it at an additional charge? Yeah, that in my opinion is crappy service. They never smile or welcome you. No «have s gray day» «kiss my ass», nothing. They sling your drink across the counter, never any eye contact. I pass a Starbucks in Krogers that I could go to… and even pass up a mom & pop coffee shop that would love my money, just to go to this location. They need a serious attitude adjustment here. And forget telling the manager. She’s just as bad, always making excuses. I’m very upset by this location.

This location always seems to be packed. Probably because it is so close to the highway. The bathrooms are not necessarily dirty, but they are messy. The drinks are ok. It is Starbucks after all. The service is a little slow, but the workers are friendly.

Slowest Starbucks in Louisville. Drink orders typically come out incorrect too. I’m avoiding this Starbucks from now on.

We went here on a Friday night(we were coming into town from Cincinnati), and stopped here for coffee and to use the bathroom. So slow. It took about 7 minutes for the barista to even start to make my drink even though there was 1 person ahead of me. And then when we were driving away my boyfriend opened his drink and only about 2⁄3 of it was full! They had charged us for a grande, given us a grande cup, but filled it as if it was a tall. As a former barista, I know that’s a huge no-no. We won’t be coming back.(Oh and I posted the picture of our«grande» coffee in the tips section)

I tried this place 3 times before choosing to write a review. The drive through is always slow, it’s taken me 10 mins plus to get my order with 3 cars in front of me. It’s not consistent, made poorly and I have yet to understand how I’ve had the same order all 3 times and yet my total is always different. This location needs a serious overhaul. I won’t be back.

Worst Starbucks ever. Long lines every single day. No one ever seems to be working very hard in there. Service terrible. Have gotten wrong drink 3 times in past few months. No one takes care of outside trash. Step it up dudes. Starbucks is supposed to be a class act. I wanna go there 3 – 4 days a week, but I just dread it every day now.

It makes me sad to say this. I have never written a review before for anything. I was near the Starbucks for two days for soccer tourn. The worst Starbucks I have ever seen! Out of everything. The workers struggled to make drinks. Lacked ingredients. Waited 30 min for a tea. Lots of people were walking out shaking their heads. Workers were talking between themselves trying to make things saying they weren’t trained for this. Felt sorry for them they seemed really nice.

Starbucks has had its time it’s nothing but GMO everything and hormone milk. Beans treated with chemicals. Gross. I love Heine brothers. That’s where it’s at. No more Starbucks for me.

If you are in a hurry whatsoever DONOT stop here! I have tried 4(too many) times now, both at the drive-thru and going inside, and they take dreadfully long no matter what is ordered. The last time, yesterday, when I ordered a sandwich and a coffee, I had finished eating the entire sandwich before the coffee was ready, which the kid at the counter had forgotten about. The times I’ve been through the drive thru have taken 15 – 20 minutes! I know, why wait that long, but when I go to Starbucks, I’m super psyched about it, and just wanted my latte!!!

I don’t know what’s going on with this location lately but the last few times I’ve been here the drive thru lane is really long and moves really slow and half the time I get the wrong drink. Today we decided to go inside and there’s a line and the workers seemed unorganized and not working in sync as in other Starbucks locations. They seemed like they just didn’t want to be there. Got 3 drinks a sandwich and chips. The chips were stale and I asked if I could get another bag and gave the opened one to the barista; the manager asked me if I knew they were kettle chips and I said yes bi they were stale and she again said they were kettle chips… ummm DUH but they were still stale; we get chip frequently for my 10 year old we know what they taste like and their texture. We got 2 of the drinks one if which was sweetened as requested and the 3 empty cup sat on the counter waiting to be made and I had to literally call over one if the workers to please make the drink. The barista had walked away and the girl making the cold drinks was cleaning the counters while empty cups were waiting to be filled… what is going on?!?

Worst sbucks locations ever. Takes no less than 15 – 20 mins for a basic drink due to inefficient staff and poor customer service. Drive through isn’t any better. Don’t try this one if you are in a hurry. After 5 visit with the same experience. We are gonna have to find a better coffee location.

Great consistent drinks, good location and fast service. I cannot say that this particular location changed my life and made me a better person, but for an interstate Starbucks it’s suitable. The facilities are clean and well maintained and the baristas are friendly. Thanks for my Venti Iced coffee with caramel.

Don’t try to use your Starbucks Card smartphone ap to pay for your purchase through the drive thru window at this Crestwood Starbucks. They don’t have a hand scanner that reaches the take out window so they tell you to either come in to pay or shout out your card number to the cashier. REALLY? So that everyone in the café hears your card number? Oh, and they don’t brew decaf coffee after Noon. REALLY?

I love stopping here when I head this direction. I always have a great experience at this Starbucks. Staff is always friendly, even when I’ve gotten there 2 minutes before closing. :)
