Best BBQ around! Love the Potato Salad too! Chop frequently had special items too like BBQ pizza on the grill. Highly recommend catching a bite here when it’s the season.

Do yourself a favor and stop by this place and order whatever. It’s all phenomenal. The pulled chicken is my favorite, but get it early before it runs out. There is a hot and a mild sauce that are equally amazing – get both. On my next visit I will try the pork chops. If I could give this dude six stars I would.

Chops has some of the best BBQ there is. Being a barbecue connoisseur I do not say that lightly. Chops has great pulled pork, and his pork chops are INCREDIBLE. The smoked meets are wonderful, but it is the flavor of his side dishes that really makes it a treat to stop by Chops. His smoked red potatoes are wonderful. His sugar snap peas are great. It may just look like a roadside food stand, but this food is REALLY wonderful! If you like barbecue, you have got to try this.

Stopped by Chops heading North on I-​71 right out of Louisville. It is a mobile unit, not a sit down restaurant. I saw the delicious smoke pouring out of the cooker and stopped by. The Ribs were AMAZING! By the time I was done with the last morsel I wanted to turn back and get more, but was too stuffed to do so. I’ll be stopping by this place on my way back to Cinci more often.
