The office is fast and efficient; great support staff. While he is fast, Dr. Bellamy does take the time to get the minor changes in my prescription right and address to my other eye issues. I brought my old glasses in for adjustments to the frames at my last contact appointment; they did a great job and the adjustments were free! Two weeks later after I mangled my non-​prescription sunglasses they also adjusted those back to normal at no charge! I just had to take a minute to give them credit for great customer service. Thank you!!!

Optometrist was friendly and seems to know what he’s doing — he didn’t scoop out my eyeballs or anything.
The selection of glasses was okay, but without many options in stock — what you see is what they’ve got. So while you could choose to get a frame in another color, it would add another week or two on top of the one to two weeks turnaround. And what really galls me are the prices for glasses. It’s not like frames are highly complex and finely tuned pieces of equipment; a few pieces of plastic or metal with a couple hinges. How come I can go to any gas station, convenience store or pharmacy and buy sunglasses for under $ 20, but the optometrist charges $ 200-​$ 300 — or more — just for the frames?!
