Mr. Graff has a master’s touch when repairing and almost remaking shoes. My shoes are returned in just a few days looking as well as when first purchased, and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend his services.

Horrible service and equally horrible repair. It was neither timely (as promised) nor quality workmanship. Three months to repair a purse. Avoid it.

Time to get my quilt and down comforter cleaned. .. how often do you have to do that, by the way?
I don’t know, but I figured it was time.
Both were cleaned impeccably and presented back to me in a lovely (reusable) zippered bag for $ 65.
I thought that was a great price for king-​sized bedding! And I’ll be warm all winter (as long as I stay in my bed).

Very sloppy workmanship. Shoe sole & heel edge dressing misapplied getting all over leather uppers on expensive shoes on both pair. Misalignment on belt shortening and crappy sewing job on it. Just very careless at his craft. Not recommend at all. And somewhat expensive on top of it.
