Every since they put in the drive thru there have been issues. People working the front counter on their phones, orders wrong or missing items. No receipts. Drinks not full. Who knew that just adding a drive thru would make their service go down hill.

I love BreadCo! I’ve never had any problem with my food or the service here, but the last few times I’ve gone, it’s been filthy. It’s almost as if they only clean up the trash and food from the floor at the very end of the day. It’s a little unappetizing.

The food is somewhat inconsistent, but management was great. I go there about once a month. parking during busy hours is stressful. If you go during a weird time, then parking and service is quick. If you are worried about the wait-use rapid pick via . I got the avocado power sandwhich. First day, egg was very rubbery, no avocado, and greasy from cheese. I gave a survey from my panera card and was honest about it(everything else about my visit was fine just besides the taste of the food) and management(DAVE) called me the next day to make things right. I went in the next morning for breakfast, dave greeted me and made me a the best sandwhich ever. their bagels are great too

Love the new Autumn squash soup. Always stopping here for a large Iced tea or cappuccino, the cappuccino blows away Statbucks ! Love the Greek salad with chicken, also my daughter had the Asian salad. Nothing but great food being served from this location.

The food is never consistently the same. I guess they must be one of the busiest locations in St Louis so beware of a constant crowed and don’t except to get the same quality you might get at your usual location. And the Internet connection is useless.

Slow, dirty, poorly managed… try elsewhere for lunch.

Great meet up for lunch, business with a client. I have always found the environment to be quiet and the staff to be super helpful and friendly. Great local place.

I love this location… they’re open later than most locations & they always get my order right.

I’ve always loved Panera foods, but I was sorely disappointed last night. The actual food tasted good like it usually does, but the preparation was horrendous. The mayo on my sandwich was just put on one corner, the salad was very inconsistent in the amount of toppings vs lettuce and there was even some soggy lettuce right on top. My panini had hardly cooked bacon and looked like a squished fast food burger with a soggy bun. The cold sandwich was also poorly wrapped and when I opened the bag when I got home it had almost fallen out. Even at 8:30pm, I expect to receive a quality meal and not get food that shows how tired and disgusted your employees are near the end of their shifts. If I ever decide to eat Panera again for a late dinner, I’m driving farther away instead of returning to this location.

When we visited this location my daughter was being a typical 3 year old & refusing to eat lunch while wanting to scream at the top of her lungs. Frantically trying to calm her down I managed to spill my entire large lemonade. Not only did the staff help clean it up, they got me an entirely new drink without me even asking. Everyone knows the food is good here but the customer service is amazing!

This is a nice bread co., the parking is a little bit crowded if you’re around lunch. But it’s great, its bread co

This is one on my most visited restaurants and sometimes I want to not come here, but I can’t help but do so. I have kind of lost interest in their lunch, but I can’t get enough of their breakfast sandwhiches. You can’t go wrong with bacon, sausage or Mediterranean egg white on ciabatta. All very tastly and filling. You will quickly spend some cash here if you are not careful. The sandwich will set you back $ 4 and add a drink and side and you are up to $ 10. Depending on my appetite, I will get a yogurt parfait that is good, but again, not cheap.

First of all, Bread Company is not a one $ kind of place. I just paid $ 15 for a sandwich and a cup of soup. Also, since franchising the quality of the food and their prep work have gone way down. I got the steak and white cheddar sandwich and a cup of mushroom soup. I know the soup has always been bagged but now it’s obvious that it is due to the quality of ingredients. And the sandwiches are ALWAYS just slapped together, no matter how slow or busy they are and no matter the location. Take some pride in the presentation when people are paying $ 10 and up for your food. I’ve been meaning to write this review for awhile now but put it off until now because I I was finally pushed over the edge when I had to stand and wait for a seat for 10 min whilst my food got cold. After all that, I was practically forced out of my seat right after eating in the middle of writing this review. The Bread Co. Used to be a place where you could go any time of the day and get some great food and be able to sit back and enjoy your meal and work or visit with friends. Now it’s like you pay $ 10 or more to be herded in and out like cattle. This visit along with many others to bread co. have been the worst experiences I’ve had of anywhere eating out. In conclusion, the Saint Louis Bread Company is just not worth the price anymore. Oh and as I finish this review up in the parking lot, there is a mother and daughter eating their lunch in their car due to no seating. Ridiculous!

This location is just wonderful! I live very close nearby and frequent this location a few times a week. Even during busy times, they are always well-staffed, moving the lines quickly and remaining friendly. The manager(one of the managers?) Anthony is really nice and he’s been on the register a few times when I’ve been there. I think it’s great that the manager pitches in and helps out when they’re busy. He’s very friendly and helpful and made a great recommendation last time I was in — honey almond cream cheese on their cinnamon crunch bagel OMGWOWGOOD. Thanks for such a pleasant experience. Will be back again and again.

Chain or not this place is really great. The service is great and I really love the My Panera program that they have. Free stuff accumulates quickly! I usually do the pick two and love the Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich and Tomato Basil soup w/croutons. Yum yum! Everything that I’ve ever had here is great and it’s a great place for families and friends to gather for any meal and it is highly affordable.

I have always loved Bread Co! You can always find something to satisfy your hunger here. I chose this location because I had an appointment at St. Johns(Mercy) and even though it was the lunch rush, I got my order in and served to me in a timely manner. The staff was cheerful, eager to help me and cater to me. Its a great place to people watch, get some work done and enjoy your lunch break… indoors or out. I did forget about their 30 min internet cut off during their peak hours but I got the work done I needed to get done. Keep up the good work Bread Co!

Although this is a chain restaurant, I adore this place and frequent it 2 – 3 times a week because it is close to my work but also cheap and keeps me full. The staff are always in a happy mood and I am loving their semi-new panera card. It is full of perks and racks up on points and I seem to almost get a free item every other time I eat here. Keep up the good work Bread Co!

This company is known as «Bread Co» in St Louis, and«Panera» everywhere else, but the standard is the same: clean tables, free internet, staff that won’t hassle you if you while away an afternoon in leisure or at work after only having bought a tea, really great pastries, and good soups/sandwiches/salads.

Oh how I love you my home away from home. I frequent this location due to its close proximity to school, and really, why would you NOT want to study at bread co? It does get kind of packed after school because the local high school kids love coffee as much as the next person, but they have plenty of seating. Great place to people watch and you can also get some wifi love, which helps a lot while you are trying to complete a paper and need sources in a jiffy. Yes, I did just say jiffy!
