We had several bids to polish our concrete floors in our Eichler. Chris’ bid was competitive and more inclusive than other bids we received. Little did he know he was opening a can of worms! Once all the carpets and tile had been pulled up the concrete he had to work with was a disaster. What started out being a 5 day job turned into a 15 day job. He probably had to do more trouble shooting than all his jobs combined. I am a picky customer and he listened to my millions of questions and really worked with me to get the floors I wanted. Everyone who walks into our home is amazed by the result and we are even more amazed knowing what he had to work with.
