This is by far the best place to get any Krispy Kreme item. They have a large selection of donuts, coffee cakes, fritters and cinnamon rolls. The coffee is fresh and very good. Great prices. A great place to indulge your sweet tooth.

For years had heard that the best of Krispy Kreme was to be had at one of their establishments. Finally got the chance to try it and not disappointed. Good stuff. Really enjoyable eating fresh and warm donuts, etc. Can’t do it everyday or even every week but certainly can recommend it.

Intensely sweet but delightfully light donuts. Jam fillings and creams are perfect. And they are always well staffed and have lots of inventory. Worth the trip especially for kids who enjoy a free paper hat and balloon. Lots of space to sit and relax.

I usually buy 2 chocolate iced glazed with sprinkles doughnuts plus a bottle of munchkins for a kid I babysit in the morning whenever I’m not in mood to cook anything for breakfast. The staff is incredibly friendly and they haven’t made any kind of error. Except I still think it’s weird that they’re accepting all kind of credit cards except Discover. Other than that, everything is organized and their doughnuts are always fresh. They’re amazing! Last week, I wish I knew this old man’s name, but he made me smile for his trickery. After I paid him in cash, I got my change back in dollars except coins. At that point, I was very exhausted, yet I was completely aware that he took coins out of the register box. He «put» coins onto my palm, but it wasn’t there at first. He pulled a joke on me before he put actual coins onto my palm. He made my day brighter and he is awesome!

A dozen of hot glazed is like a box of pure gold! Sure there are folks on the wait staff that could be a little more attentive, however my expectations were epitomized on Easter Sunday. Lent was over, and I was ready to indulge. I had ordered a dozen of hot, however the conveyor belt slipped a chain and there was a gap in the production. The young man at the counter apologized, and explained it would be a few minutes before hot doughnuts will be available. I payed for my wares, and watched the production. I didn’t mind waiting, and stood watching the doughnuts going through the cooking process. Once the doughnuts were ready to serve, the same young man at the counter handed me a bag with 2 boxes. YES, he offered, and gave me a free dozen hot for waiting. He again apologized for the wait, and wished me a Happy Easter. Thanks Krispy Kreme.

Krispy Kreme’s coffee(to me) is much better. Not Starbucks, not Dunkin Donuts, etc. I went here for the first time last Friday to meet a friend. Not only is this place spotless, they play great music too! But all in all, this is my new place to meet for coffee. Thanks Krispy Kreme of Crofton/Gambrills.

I have been to this location more than I would like to admit. I love Krispy Kreme donuts. The donuts are always fresh and if you go when the light is on they are hot. I made the mistake of putting money on the app. For the first few months the app didn’t work. When I returned after lent I was told it worked. The problem? I guess no one trained the employees on how to use it. I think it’s best to stick to cash transactions from now on.

How can you not give KK5 stars. KK never fails me!

I like Krispy Kreme in general. So I was excited to see one open in the area. Krispy Kreme fans know that their doughnuts bring double the guilt. They just feel extra unhealthy, maybe because they taste so good? There is more air in the dough, making for a more pillowy doughnut with a more subtle bite. The crystal glaze is thin and cracks all around the doughnut instead of flaking off. If you like heftier doughnuts, then you might not like KK. It seems like there is some confusion over the«Hot and Fresh» sign. Whenever you see this on, it usually *only* applies to the basic glazed doughnuts. Don’t expect ALL flavors to also be warm when the sign is on. So if you order glazed when this sign is on, they will fill your order straight from the factory line and your box will be warm. If you’re taking it home, then it’ll probably cool down by then. So do yourself a favor and eat at least one before they all cool down! //Service\\ The doughnuts here are fine. The thing that needs improvement here is the service. I went in and there were 3 people in line ahead of me. From where I was standing, I could see 3 employees, none of which were near the counter. They didn’t give us any acknowledgment or even looked busy. They just didn’t seem organized, which I think led to customers also being disorganized. Because people would come in and just start cutting in front of customers who were already there. An employee would be taking an order from the first person in line at the register while also taking an order from a random customer that just walked up to the doughnut counter. They need to get their act together at this store. I like the KK brand and their products, and thank goodness the quality is the same, but this is the most inefficient KK I’ve ever been to. They need to train the staff here better not just in service but in guiding customers so that there’s some kind of order to ordering. I also didn’t appreciate how employees use the same gloved hands to handle money and doughnuts. I saw them go back and forth for a couple transactions without changing gloves.

FINALLY! Now I don’t have to trek all the way down to the DC area to get my KK fix! First off, best«chain» donut restaurant! Who doesn’t love watching newborn baby donuts on their conveyor belt journey to glaze land? Once the hype for this new location finally died down, I went in on a Saturday morning and took in the glorious donut ambiance. The sweet girl behind the counter tried to tempt me into getting a dozen, but since it’s just me and my husband and I don’t really care for stale donuts, I opted for just ½ dozen. I’m trying to «get it right, get it tight» for 2016, but these babies were worth every bite! So fresh, so delicious… suck it Dunkin!

Low cost delicious donuts. What more needs to be said. Seriously. If you have been living under a rock for the past decade, you should give these a try when the light is on. Hot donuts, good coffee. Customer service, people are happy(why wouldn’t you be happy?!?, I bet you get to take some home!)

Hmmmm donuts! The hot sign was on so I decided to stop and try Krispy Kreme for the second time ever. I paid $ 7.99 for a dozen for glazed donuts. The drive thru line was very short, I only had one car in front of me. I was in and out in less than five minutes. I was a little disappointed because the donuts were NOT hot, lukewarm if that. They were still good but that was the only reason why I stopped. Overall the donuts were tasty. A great fix if you have a sweet tooth.

I know when that hot light bling! I drove 35 minutes for the fresh hot Krispy Kreme donuts and it was worth every minute of the drive and wait. This is a new location that opened in Crofton earlier this November. It’s in the shopping center with Giant and Suntrust Bank. I mean you really cannot go wrong with these donuts. Hot and sweet and they just melt in your mouth. The only negatives were that obviously they were super packed. I waited over 20 minutes. And they were out of the chocolate iced donuts. I got a dozen donuts plus a free half dozen for downloading the app. And I crushed most of the dozen before writing this review.

There seems to be a donut craze going on in Maryland. Donuts are everywhere — Fractured Prune, The Brown Box Eatery, Dunkin Donuts and Krispy Kreme’s — plus a host of other’s that I’ve not even ventured in trying just yet. I used to love Krispy Kreme, until some of these other establishments began popping up and now, my taste buds have been trained to appreciate a different kind of donut — the cakey kind. First the donut at this store — was a bit dryer than I remembered it should be. The Krispy Kreme experience has always been as if your entire mouth was sinking into something soft, squish-like, with either an oozy filling or the crackle of glaze, that touches just the tops of your teeth. This donut was a disappointment. OMG — my family is yelling at me, as I read this review to them. They LOVED these donuts and they say that I’m grouchy now. Yeah, I’ve been driving in mad-traffic today and it was horrendous. Also, the signs indicating what the donut was, were incorrect and on top of that — customer service was met with rudeness, but according to my kid, I may have initiated that. He’s giving me the annoying eyeball look, now. On a positive note, when I discussed my displeasure with the manager — he was deeply apologetic and offered us some donuts on the house, to include the popular birthday cake donuts.

The wait and anticipation is finally over and the Krispy Kreme in Crofton has finally opened! The donuts at Krispy Kreme are like soft pillows of sugar! They literally melt in your mouth… and when they’re hot, don’t even get me started! They are literally addictive! You’ll be eating one and the next thing you know, four are missing from the box. Granted, some people aren’t big fans of Krispy Kreme donuts, because they are pretty sweet, so you either love them or hate them. I love them! Now my nephew that happens to be in college, loooooooooves them! He can eat an entire box by himself and not even flinch. Since he’s away at college, the day that I came to KK’s, I took a picture of my dozen donuts and sent it to him. Nothing like charming someone that can’t get to their favorite food.(Auntie of the Year Over Here!) This location is brand spanking new, so you can already guess, it’s pretty popular and crowded on the weekends and during peak hours. I came before 9 on a Saturday morning and it was packed… inside and out! I went through the drive-thru line and it moved like molasses. Finally, I made it to the speaker to place my order. For some reason, the cashier couldn’t hear me place my order. I had to yell it to her 5 different times. I was beginning to think I was being punked, but she finally got the order. They have several varieties of donuts to chose from, so maybe that’s what the hold up was. I pulled up and my soft pillows of sugar were waiting for me. SUCCESS! Hopefully, the newness of KK’s will die down and I can actually get in and get out in a timely manner.

(Cue the angels singing in the background) The day — the moment we have all been waiting for — has finally come and Krispy Kreme is once again a close part of my life. :) Grand Opening couldn’t have seen a bigger more enthusiastic turnout. It’s always great to see support of a local business. I’m just hoping C-level management can scale the company properly this time around so KKD can remain in our lives for all our days. I purchased one dozen of the classic glaze: something I have been deprived of for years. Hot off the line, they were as good as when I first tried them as a young lad in Richmond, VA. Brought back oh so sweet of memories. Krispy Kreme has got the recipe down right. Perfect amount of dough to glaze ratio. Perfect size. Perfect sweetness. Perfect melt-in-your-mouth experience. #Perfect Until next time KKD(which will be very soon)…

Finally open. Now I no longer have to go to DC or VA for hot & fresh Krispy Kremes. I know they just opened but they have a good variety of donuts already. Location is very convenient to travel on Rt.3. Staff were friendly and in a joyous mood. Hopefully the spirit will continue after the honeymoon phrase of the grand opening passes.

Went to the Grand Opening and like any Grand Opening they offered samples. The best deal was the purchasing the calendar for $ 7 and using one of the 2 free dozen coupons they had inside. It was just something fun to do. They offered free donut holes which I personally didn’t like and not sure why they didn’t taste like much. But the Regular donut tasted just like I remember. I expect them to stay busy for awhile since its new. For the man behind the counter that was a ravens fan GOSTEELERS!!!
