If 0 was an option then it would be a zero every time I go here they argue with me about what I want any other Dunkin Donuts just does what I ask them to do, and they overcharge you. Done with this one… too many others to visit and spend my money with.

This location is convenient for me during my travel to work. It’s is kind of hard getting in and out. The drive thru is typically slow and and if you are parked in one of the spots it is impossible to get out again. I have been served a few stale donuts from this location(seems to be a trend) but the staff is always accommodating and friendly.

Makes the mornings smooth! Best Dunkin around! Very organized and well ran! I never wait long and I’m always greeted with a friendly face and voice when going thru the drive thru!

Service is good but the food quality has something to be desired. Dunkin Donuts has a bit of work to do to catch up to other big chain coffee shops and the plethora of local coffee shops that are here in the local Odenton/Gambrills/Crofton area. Back in the day Dunkin Donuts used to be known for what it was and that was a good donut shop. The donuts and their many concoctions are not very appealing and flavorless when compared to other shops. Now it seems like it is trying to creep in the territory of coffees which it is far behind on. I go there out of convenience since it is in walking distance of my place in hopes that it can show me something to make me a fan of them. On the good side it is a DD/Baskin Robins store so you have the option of some ice cream.

Only Dunkin Donuts that when you ask for a refill with you Dunkin purchased Aladdin go cup and a donut. They charge you regular price and refuse to ring you up for a donut.

This place is very busy. They do the best they can. Yes I’d go back.

The good news is that if you have a little kid with you, they will crack a smile and possibly even give your kid a free munchkin(but without asking the parent if it’s ok). What I’d much rather prefer is a nice greeting– a hello, a smile– anything! And a simple«thank you» would be utterly amazing. It’s as if you’re bothering them throughout the whole transaction! I go out of my way to drive to the DD on 424 just so I don’t have to deal with these(mostly) rude people.

I’m a bit of a Dunkin’ Donuts connoisseur(aka fiend) and stopped at this one before starting a 3-hour journey back to Philadelphia. The place was pretty messy. I walked in and the first thing that I noticed was that there were leaves and napkins all over the floor. I went to try to go to the ladies’ room and it was locked, when I went up to the counter to ask if there was a key(which is normal in Philadelphia) the person behind the counter didn’t speak enough english to understand my question. I ended up ordering my drink and having to leave it and go in the men’s room… which was foul and the toilet didn’t work. The saving grace was that my coffee was excellent and helped me survive a grueling traffic-filled drive.

I normally don’t waste my time reviewing chains, so you should know that if I am taking the time to write this, it’s because they did something out of the ordinary. Since Duncan Donuts is a franchise, you get many different owners and feels as a result. Some places are rude, some places indifferent, some are stellar. Of all the times I have been to this location(which is enough since I always kill time here while I am waiting on my oil changes over at Tires Plus), the customer service has been quick and friendly! There’s a large flat screen TV playing CNN around the clock and high countertops to have a nibble while breaking out your laptop for some extra work. I am here now, in fact, and just realized that I never wrote about this place. Good thing they have free wi-fi as well :) The food is always made fresh to order and if anything can be a little too hot when you get it. I try to stay away from the unnecessary calories of donuts, but in moments of weakness, they’ve always been nice and soft and fluffy — what you’d expect from Duncan Donuts. If you are in the area and just need something fast and friendly, this is the spot to go! P. S. There’s a Baskin Robbins here as well!
