The staff here tried to argue with me that the passport photo they have taken of me looks fine although it clearly looks over exposed with several hot spots on the face, which will probably get rejected by the Passport Agency per the guidance on their website on what’s acceptable and not. Anyway, the staff refused to retake my photo and said that if my photo and application does get rejected, I can come back to Rite Aid and they can retake it then? The staff said this to me knowing that I need to expedite the process because I only have a few weeks to travel out of the country and I cannot afford to send a photo that will be rejected because of time limitation. The cashier kept insisting the over exposed photo«looks perfectly fine by me». My recommendation, take your own photo at home because Rite Aid doesn’t know what the heck they are doing with their lousy customer service. Save yourself time and headache dealing with their rude staff.
