Best place to get a hair cut. I have been going for years. Not all Cost Cutters are created equal so don’t go into another one in another town and think it will be as great as Cromwell’s.
Everyone there is nice and does a fantastic job. The price is right so I give extra tip to thank the hairdresser.
I have friends who pay ridiculous amounts for a basic hair cut and complain that it’s so expensive. I tell them, go to the Cromwell Cost Cutters. They think an inexpensive haircut isn’t as good. After years of going to Cost Cutters, I wondered if I was missing something. I went to one expensive place that was horrible. The haircut was okay but she kept burning my scalp repeatedly. I was practically begging her to please stop burning me.
Go To Cromwell Cost Cutters.
Save your money. Tip the hairdresser well.
Have a much quicker and better experience.

I think this is, by far, the best ‘chain’ hair salon in the area. Been there 6 – 10 times and. Never gotten anything less then a great haircut. Short wait, friendly staff, good price, and a solid hair cut. I use Laurin, but everyone is really good.

I have been a regular for a year now at the Hill St location and 1 or 2 times at the E Torrington salon Great cuts and good prices. Family friendly and staff is friendly!

I’ve had one bad experience here & plenty of good ones.
The last girl that cut my hair will get all of my business while I live in the Middletown area. She did the things that I wanted done before I asked for them.
