Worst haircut I have ever received in my life. Dennis(the owner) is a scumbag. He just wants heads through the door and money in the pocket. Customer satisfaction doesn’t mean a THING to him. If you confront him with an issue, not only will he not listen to you, he will humiliate you, and not only with a horrible haircut. He will tell you, «you need to leave» and«have a good night» after you are visibly upset. This man gives small businesses a bad reputation. At least if this were a franchise of successful hair salons, there would be someone that would be able to provide you with some solace when an employee is clearly out of line. Not the case here. I have gone to this salon multiple times previously, never had an issue. I was always satisfied with my hairdresser, Tina. Dennis asked if I had gotten my haircut there before(I said yes and it clearly shows in the system) and he said that it was completely uneven, throwing his own employee under the bus. Please, do yourself a favor, and look elsewhere.

I have always had a good experience at element 6. Jess is a great stylist and was always very friendly. She has done both cuts and styling for me, and has great suggestions I what would look best on me. I have always loved my hair after leaving!

I bought a Groupon for a discounted cut and color and was booked in 3 days later. Not only was the staff friendly and fabulous, the interior environment was spacious, warm and super inviting. I personally recommend TINA. That girl is the definition of professional and she was great to talk to. She went above and beyond my expectation of my Groupon package. If I wasn’t moving to California at the end of the month, this would be my new salon spot.

I had a cut, color & dry yesterday at Element 6 Salon and was very impressed. I had a groupon which I was unable to print at home. Upon arrival, Denis, the owner was extremely helpful and patient with me as I printed the groupon off his computer. Next, I met Tina. She was very personable, professional and sweet. I left with my hair looking AMAZING. Thank you Tina! I will be recommending your salon to friends and will certainly be returning !

I also bought a Groupon for Element Six it was not expired and yet they could not book an appointment for the Mani-Pedi in April. I spoke to them on the phone and they said they were all booked up but I could still use my Groupon for the amount I paid and not for the promotional price(which was not expired!!!), This left me very angry. I sent email to Groupon asking for a refund and told them not to EVER put them on Groupon again. I have had other salons honor their coupons 2 months past the expiration because of the overwhelming response. It was done for good faith but apparently this Salon doesn’t care that they sold too many coupons and can not honor them all. Very unprofessional this incident tells me quite a lot about how they run their business. Don’t go. In Middletown there is a better Salon called EG which handles you with respect and treat you like a Queen.

I had a very nice and relaxing facial with Agnes. She was very professional, upbeat and put me totally at ease. I used a groupon and because they were so booked the owner was nice enough to let me use the groupon past the expiration date. I would gladly go back, recommend friends here or buy gift certificate for a gift. Nice little gem of a place.

Went for a facial and it felt very soothing. Not sure that it helped with any of the blackheads etc, though. Then to be fair I didn’t have much skin problem to start with.
