I had a great experience. The mattress professional’s name was Javil. He was beyond knowledgable, led us right to the mattress that he trusted the most that was in our price range. He knew so much, he was so kind and charming, and we trusted him! He was not the tricky, sneaky type of salesman. He was friendly, fair, and truly wanted the best for us. He was funny and made us feel comfortable. As for the store itself, very clean and in a good location! Both the transaction and delivery were quick and easy.

Me, my wife and my son went to this store on a Saturday night and couldn’t have been more happy with the service that we received. Bob at the store helped us out and he was very knowledgeable of the products, was not pushy at all, and helped us get the mattress that we wanted/needed at the price that we could afford. We also ended up buying a protective cover and a set of sheets for the new mattress. He explained the warranty process and gave us a bunch of tips on the proper care for our new mattress. What helped the whole process out was that I was able to go to the Middletown store to try out a bunch of mattresses before bringing the family in. It was a quick and easy process and I would suggest them to anyone looking for a mattress.

Is a college degree when having a job like this? Of course, especially when it comes to any job in retail when the sales rep has a background in said type of company. I worked with a younger man by the name of Matt(sp?) who went to school for exercise science and kinesiology. I believe the fact that he had a college degree in that area allowed him to fully market, deliver his pitch and close with great credibility. I wanted the tempurpedic, but decided to go for the posturepedic(basically any bed after the one I had would be steps better). I was satisfied when I left there.
