Update 6÷13÷2015, today I received a check from UPS reimbursing me for the overnight fee, since I never spoke to the manager I can only assume the girl I spoke with related the message. Changing to 4 stars & I will use this UPS store again. Since I can only right a review by giving a star that is why this place got one star. I went in to the store on Thursday, the girl behind the counter told me I would have to ship my dress in a box since there were no envelopes that would fit, I finally got her to give me any envelope bag and the dress fit perfect. I then explained the package HAD to be delivered the next day. She assured me it would be delivered but the driver would have till EOB to deliver on Friday. I called to see if the packaged arrived on Friday & found it still had not left Houston. When I called the store & talked to Kimberly she said the package was on the truck. I called the UPS toll free number because the tracking online said it was still in San Antonio & not due to be delivered until Monday. UPS confirmed what I had feared it was sitting in SA. I called the store back & the clerk admitted she knew it would not be delivered before Monday & had told her manager about the situation, she lied about her manager being at the store as well. I was sending the dress to a friend close to Austin not San Antonio for her sons graduation & Monday NIGHT was too late! I will never use UPS again, they are liars & don’t even have the decency to apologize for their mistake, nor would the manager get on the phone either times I called! The clerk said I could call the owner, then came back to tell me to call back on Monday & talk to her manager Sarah.
